Great Day!
We had a beautiful day for golf at a great course. Well maintained and staff very friendly. They are taking good precautions for the COVID-19 and have hand sanitizer available everywhere. Masks required and limited people in the pro shop.
This course has several great features.
The course is well maintained with the exception of a few patches and repair areas primarily because of too much rain in the area recently.
Most of the Tee boxes were elevated.
Some of the green were elevated which made it challenging.
There were several picturesque holes. It’s in a hilly setting with old and mature trees.
Some of the fairways were narrow requiring a much greater degree of accuracy
The only major draw back was the grumpy old fellow in the Pro Shop who was taking an inordinate amount of time checking people in causing considerable delays for people to start at Hole #1 because there was nobody to push him. If he were to be replaced then even the pace of play would pick up. He’s so paranoid especially with the non-white people. The course should be extremely cautious about this touchy subject.
But overall I’d give it between a 4 and 5 Star ⭐️ rating.

Challenging Greens
This is a fun course tucked away in the a neighborhood in Cary. Lots of elevation play which makes the round fun. Challenging greens, as in the sort where if you just miss your putt, you might end up 6-8 ft away from the hole no matter what. Was playing with some randomly-paired, older gentlemen who had been playing for 30+ years and shared the same assessment, so I think it's fair. If you google the country club and follow maps it will get you there, but I went off of the GolfNow app map in Google Maps and it took me to the back of the course in the neighborhoods adding 12 minutes to the drive, so I barely got there ahead of the tee time. Something to consider when playing.

Nice Fun Course
Played today for the first time. Got a great deal on GolfNow $30 with cart and a free hot dog. Course was in good shape, lots of elevation changes which made it fun, rough not too severe. Bunkers and Greens were in excellent shape. Played in just under 3 hours. Will definitely come back again.

They overbooked so the pace of play was very slow
The temp outside was 95+ we saw the cart girl just once -- one of the players actually got heat exhaustion
Absolutely rude not to have more than on cart when it is this hot

Fun course
Lots of elevation changes. Layout is fairly easy to reach greens in regulation. Greens are tough though makes up for easy layout. A couple par 4s are reachable with drive.
Overall a fun course to play. May not be very challenging for a skilled golfer. But that is why I enjoy this course.
