Really Nice course
Great course. Good pace. A little back up on the par 3 at the end but good mix of challenges with the greens and tighter fairways.
Good track for the price.
Quick pace, fun layout and challenging nine hole. Worth the price for play.
Nice little 9 hole course
Fun little executive course with a decent range, putting green has sticks but no actual holes. Not sure but that might be part of the “covid protocols.” No flag tending on the greens either; leave the stick in when you put. I’ll play there again.
Great local course!
Flagg Creek is one of the best golf values in the entire Chicagoland area. Great course, conditions, staff and value. Well done!
great condition 9 holes
an enjoyable round with unusual warm winter weather with a lot of sunshine.
Excellent
Course is well taken care of and the facilities are excellent. Has a lighted range during the summertime and putting green. Staff is very friendly, the carts are the cleanest carts you will ever ride. Outdoor patio is nice and overlooks a pond.
The layout of the course is not too challenging but it is also not a pushover. For the price it is well worth it.
I'm done with Flagg Creek
I'm no longer interested in playing at a place charging me, a handicapped golfer an extra three dollars to ride in a cart alone when my partner is walking, especially a place we've frequented for several years!
I told the starter that morning some two months or so ago I'd never be back, I haven't, and I won't! I refuse to be treated like that, especially at a place that's already overpriced, there's several good courses near by that would never try to pull off anything like that, especially without a mention!. In reality Flagg creek should be charging less having no ball washers, drinking water, or ³ other normal immenities like a washroom! Anyway I said my peace and wish them good luck! ⛳
Hi, thank you so much for leaving us with your feedback. We value our customer experience, so your review is important to us. We will make note and we hope to see you back at Flagg Creek Golf Course!
Could be better.
The starter was almost non existent. We had to keep asking where we were in our original scheduled tee off time. They were backed up and no ranger was keeping pace of the groups. ( people were piling up). The first hole is a par 3. There really is not a good reason for pile ups.
Hello, Bri. Thank you for reviewing the course. We would like to apologize for the delay of play during your round. Please know that this is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. With an uncharacteristically full day, we work hard to accommodate everyone who visits our course and allow our guest the chance to complete their rounds. With that in mind, we are working to best control pace and allow everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. We will continue to look for ways to improve by using your comments as guidance. Thank you for playing Flagg Creek Golf Course. We hope to see you again soon.
good value for the price
the course is always in great condition, the pro shop and starter personnel are friendly and courteous and the beer is cold (whenever we can enter the clubhouse sans the coronavirus).
Course is a pleasant surprise
The manager and staff are very professional. Course is in great shape and is fairly challenging.
Sporty nine
Great 9 holes. All ever numbered holes are par 3's. Short, but don't let that fool you. Position of your tee shot is vital. Great nine for after work or tune up for your regular 18. Excellent range with grass tees open on weekends. Two short game areas with practice bunkers. Friendly, competent staff and very well managed. Nice bar and patio serving good food. Don't pass on this one, it's no pushover.
Decent course, staff and range not so much
Course is well maintained, but lots of par 3s. Okay for a quick 9 every once in a while. Going regularly or trying to practice here is not recommended. Staff is just generally rude and they seem to close the range when they feel like instead of staying open until their listed close at 9 pm. Frustrating for someone with an abnormal work schedule.
