Turnberry Country Club

The course is really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the carts are very out of date and they could use some new ones. I realize it was a busy golf day and a holiday, but the ranger was running around trying to merge people on carts because they ran out. That was strange to me.

Played 18 for $75 not worth it. You would think the grass condition would be good for $75 but u would be wrong, and to top it off they didn’t have any hot dogs ready at the turn. Overall mid to low tier course save your money play somewhere else.

not sure if i should have expected much better. t-boxes and fairways were in decent shape. greens were very slow and bumpy. if by mid june greens are in same condition then you should ask for a refund

Been here several times and usually very satisfied but not this time. Had to play through sprinklers multiple times. Pace of play was very slow due to a group of 6 ahead of us, when we voiced our concerns, let’s just say that didn’t go well. All the ball washers were dry. One positive…The drink cart girl was very pleasant. Would have liked to voice our frustrations….. but know one was around upon completion. May give it another go but several other courses in the area to choose from.

You can tell this place used to be private. But it’s a shell of what it could be. Felt like zombie golf with an awesome course layout but awful greens and barely existent and non-helpful staff (outside food and beverage. They were awesome). At the first tee, asked the starter if there was cards on the first box. He just shrugged and said, “I dunno. Maybe inside.”

Greens were in rough shape. They didn’t hold balls but were also very slow. Hitting the greens there was like hitting onto a trampoline.

Not worth what they’re charging. But if you get a deal to play for $35 or less it’s fine. Just sad knowing the potential and what it probably used to be.

I didn’t hate this course but I didn’t love it. The management needs some work to make this a great place to play. LEASE SOME NEW CARTS! All of the carts were broken and dirty. With the proper investment and attention to detail this place could be a great public place to play. Get some new flags, edge the bunkers, get some new sand for bunkers. You can tell they are cheap and haven’t spent a dime to update anything.

Really enjoy playing this course on a weekly basis. Best price around and the course itself is amazing.

Course is in very good shape. I play the course a few times every year. Greens were the Best I’ve experienced due to the cool weather and abundance of rain. Bunkers were in good shape, couple of rocks, but were all playable.

Course has a good range and the beer was cold!

Overall, a very good day.

I get it, this is an old CC that went belly up but what's the plan? Is it to spend minimal to sustain a growing asset? Or do you want to make this place what it should be - Prestigious.

Not sure, but I hope its comes back to glory. And get a ranger out on the course for goodness sake.

Staff is about as clueless at the door you walk in.

Get finished with front 9 and everyone and their brother cuts in front of u on back 9. There’s no way to finish a round here. Needs new ownership, staff and rangers. Unacceptable.

Went on a Saturday morning, so we expected a slow pace of play. We weren't expecting four to five groups of back up. They book tee times so close together that they literally ran out of carts and groups were waiting to play until carts were back.

The greens are already somehow in bad shape. Spin your wedges well? Too bad. They're still going to roll out.

Course in great condition. Very few golfers on the course.

To be tis early in the season the course was in great shape and the greens played well. Fairways drained very well from the amount of rain we have had.

Staff was an hour late opening up the doors for our team time, which happens I guess... They didn’t offer any accommodation at all. They didn’t even say sorry to us.. it’s like they had an attitude even though we were the ones waiting for an hour.. I won’t go back here or recommend. I almost forgot the told us they “sent us all emails” which I never got. I didn’t want to leave that part out.
