The greens were covered in weeds. The tee boxes had weeds and the grass on the tee box was not taken care of. And the fairways was scalped in places and then couldn’t tell the difference between the rough or the fairways. Grass cuttings where every where. And talked to a worker and was told that the owner wanted to sale and was not doing anything really to keep up with anything. I feel bad for the workers

Best part of the course was the $3.50 hotdogs.

Staff was friendly but course needs help. Cheap rates but you get what you pay for.

Such a shame- this course was a nice layout and in good condition for the first few years. Today it is the worst kept course in the area.

This course used to be beautiful. I used to play frequently. It is unplayable now. The workers were very nice. Sad to say but do not go unless things dramatically change.

This course needs a lot of work, specifically in the maintenance of the course, no one mowing the course, lots of tall weeds, rough is way overgrown, greens have not been kept up either. Marshal on the course stopped by a couple times just apologizing for how bad the course was maintained. Until they get this course in shape, I will not be back!

Was not a single hole that the grass was not overgrown. Rough was more like a forest than rough. Little to no fairway on each hole, overgrown with weeds. Greens slow and spongy. Worst shape I have seen this course in years. Do yourself a favor and pick a different course. Looking late on a Saturday for a tee time, conditions of the course gave me the answer for such availability to tee times at Fox Creek.

This course has soooo much potential! It is an incredible layout with the perfect combinations lf all the elements that make this game fun. The problem is the maintenance. This courses condition is the worst I’ve ever played at. Grass was so tall everywhere! The tee boxes either had tall grass or pure dirt. Not a single clean fairway. The best fairways felt like playing in the rough at other courses. One of the wholes had an entire sprinkler system dead in the middle of the pin. Once on the green if you were on the other side of the sprinkler you had to manually move your ball to the other side.

Played this course five years ago and it was well above average. It’s now the worst course I’ve ever played. I lost more balls than I can count because the FAIRWAYS were so terrible. The owner told me he’s trying to sell it and he’s obviously let it go. It’s a crying shame because this course has so much potential. Stay away until new ownership takes over.

Course has some potential but the greens were probably the slowest I’ve ever played, probably because there’s too much shade that doesn’t allow them to dry out. The layout doesn’t allow for many driver shots if you can hit it on a rope straight down the middle. I only payed $21 through golf now so it was fine for the value but not somewhere I would drive 45 minutes for again.

Owner is always up at the club house, and course is in better shape every time I go out. Great value and beautiful course layout.

Nice course, the greens really need some work, but it's in pretty good shape overall. Always a challenge but a great time. Staff is great.

This used to be one of my favorite courses. Unfortunately it has been in a state of decline over the last couple years. The greens were very slow with patches of weeds and bald spots. The fairways weren’t much better. I think this may have been my last round until I see reviews showing vast improvement.

Fairways were sparse in places… overgrown in others . Surrounding areas looked like they hadn’t been cut in a month. Spent much time looking for and losing balls just off the fairways. Greens were very thick… putting was pretty inconsistent. The girl in the pro shop that waited on us couldn’t have been more unfriendly or uninviting. In fact she was plain rude. I drove 40 minutes to play here because I’ve had good experiences in the past. I will say that Madison… someone I spoke to on the phone the day before … was very pleasant and helpful

I have played here maybe 3 times, but this time was terrible. The fairways are littered with cloves and weeds basically. The sand traps are weed filled. The greens were fairly nice except for hole 18 and and another one with a decent sand pit on them. I lost a about 6 balls in the fairways. It's a tough narrow course. It's nice to get to swings in either or, but they need to sell to someone who can get it back up to speed. It's sad when you have half million dollars homes surrounding this course and it's in this condition. I won't be back this year.

It’s a shame. This used to be a above average course. The green are the worse, I’ve played possibly in my lifetime. Fairways are filled with weeds.

I know it has been a wet spring but it really seemed like nothing had been mowed for a good while.. Everything was really overgrown and made it very difficult to find your ball. Even if only missing fairways or greens by a few feet to either side, you would have difficulties. Hate to complain as the layout is fun and the staff is very friendly but ultimately it comes down if the course is playable or not and on this day is wasn't great. I would save your money here as much upkeep needs to be done. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.
