Worth the hot deal
Fun, but challenging course, was worth the $45 hot deal. Would be 5 stars but they had recently aerated the greens and it was quite the surprise , didn’t see that on the website and would’ve been nice to know. All in all I was pleased. I will be back.
Fun course, bad weather day
We played a round as we passed through town. Unfortunately we came in after a storm front and battled 20+ mph sustained winds. Course was fun and we would love to try again in warmer weather.
Reasonable price
A golf course that offers great value for money — I’d want to visit it again anytime.
One of the better courses around
Firstly, we need to discuss the fact that there are courses rated over four stars on GolfNow in central Illinois. There aren’t any. This is the closest. The greens are pretty decent, but people don’t fix their ball marks, especially the high school boys team from what I understand. The course layout is interesting, which is necessary because it’s so short. I never play the black tees, but I do at El Paso, because the black tees are still pretty short. Overall, a great course to play.
This course is great
Greens were fast and course is always crowded
Great course. A challenging course but not over your head. Hilly, sand and water. Was in great shape.
I will be back.
Super nice
First time here. Loved it. Fast greens. Love the layout and scenery. Pace of play was a little slow. I’m coming back to play here.
Very nice course
Excellent course challenging and very well kept. Only issue was slow play but we are retired so had all day.
Always a nice course
I played because of a GP Hot deal, it’s now overpriced unless you are a member.
Great course and layout
Great course and layout. Not super long but still challenging with variety of holes layouts. Course was in great shape. 4 out of 5 stars due to no driving range.
Central Illinois golf at it’s finest.
First time playing here. Absolutely loved it! Lots of character. Both the front 9 and the back 9 are full of surprises with the layout. Great course! Great people!
Fun course
Good course and layout. I found the greens to be pretty difficult to read and fairly fast.
Course was in excellent condition. Went on a Thursday which was men’s outing. The course was really busy and crowded. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Beautiful course but very busy and crowded.
