Great course to work on your irons. Very friendly staff. If you want to challenge yourself, this is the course. Practice greens are insane, like putt-putt golf for adults. Course and greens are in excellent condition. Instant favorite.

They charged sales tax even though I walked . No cart was taken. Pro shop guy disputed it. He thought the greens fees were taxed.

Someone needs to fix this!

The pace of play was painfully slow for it being such a short course. You can book a time slot, but they will move you to whatever time they think is best without concern over the impacts of the pace.

It’s been awhile since I golfed at Canal Shores. The course changes will be bring me back—-greens and fairways are much better. Price seems high compared to longer 18 hole courses, but it’s an easy one to walk (save on golf cart). It was disappointing to see the small hot dog stand shut down.

Great location, just wish neighborhood people would be more considerate by not walking their dogs or making it a bike path.

Excellent course that was great to play. Easy to walk and enjoy the simple designs of course. Greens build in variety which is great practice.

I have played this course several times. It is a good place to practice irons, approach shots, chips. Greens were in very good condition.

Great course to practice your middle irons and short game. A very enjoyable and fun course

First time here after seeing it on GolfNow. Solid course to do a quick 18 for a par 3, and can still bring out the driver on select par 4 holes. Its a public space, so some of the trails go through the street and have folks walking/ biking through, so can affect the pace of the game a bit, but we never felt like we were waiting long for those people to pass by or got caught behind other players.
