Ok course conditions, slow play.
We were on the tee box at the appropriate time and there were 2 fat guys sitting there. I asked what their tee time was and the fatter of the 2 said now!
I said so I guess we’re your playing partners (we were an 2 some) and he said no, they’re in the club house checking in. I again asked what time their tee time was and he jumped up and hit as the 2 they were waiting were driving up. This place needs a starter and a Marshall. They were all over the course and had the carts next to the green. Too bad there are a-holes that can’t abide by the rules and etiquette required to play this game. Seems like there is one butt head everywhere you go that just wants to make life difficult or is looking for an issue. Too bad, cause we won’t be bad for a while.
3rd time out with my Son
Son played absolutely amazing in our round and was a ton of fun - I forgot how nice the course is - good value for money in my opinion.
Great except for the pace
Needed a starter to keep things moving along. Big backlog at hole 1 led to a15 minutes delay in our tee time. Took 5 hours to finish 18. Waited on every single hole, but it looked like the 4-some ahead of us was also waiting. Not sure what the holdup was…
I always enjoy the course, but their clubhouse could really benefit from a slightly more robust kitchen menu. Something more than a hotdog or brat would be nice. Most of their golf carts are on their last leg. Hopefully they are planning on new ones later this year.
I can not understand why the course would let 12 players go off on one hole. Then group would not let us play around them. I was a single player and the group behind me was twosome. It took over two hours to play five holes. I left after five holes.
Very disappointed in letting this happen.
Cramped packed
We scheduled for 2 of us. We get there and they added 2 others with us without our knowledge. Course needs daily maintenance and cleaning. Bunkers were crap. Players behind us pressing us along. Check in staff seemed aggravated to be working. I noted my first time there and she seemed put out to explain things to me.
Great...watered the greens right in front of us
Great shape... fairways could have been cut lower. And they watered every green right in front slowed things down a lot.
Challenging Course
Understanding landing areas on course are critical and sometimes challenging. Greens were in very good shape. Tee boxes need work. Fairways were fine.
Course review
It was raining when we got there. We were first out and rolled through the first 9. There were 8 carts backed up on 10 but that's ok we played the front again. We were given passes for a free 9 holes. Course is in good shape, friendly staff.
