Not bad
Cart path only due to rain. Overall not a bad course. The greens are fast with breaks, very challenging. I liked the experience. I will return in the near future.
The course is in great shape, especially with all the rain the last few weeks.
Great Course
Arlington is great course to play and I always recommend them to anyone I talk to.
Easy layout
Extremely wet after rains as low lying but greens were in excellent shape. Plan to return in late summer/early fall.
Soggy with gnats everywhere
Tons of rain in the past week so lost several balls due to plugging in puddles. Nice layout but flat and a good number of elevated greens. Putting surfaces were very good despite all the rain. Friendly staff and will return later this summer.
Well kept challenge
Front 9 very different from back and beautiful layout through woods on back. Last four holes re an excellent challenge. Despite a lot of rain recently the course was in very good shape as were the greens - smooth and true. Will be baxk.

Great bang for your buck on this course. Beware that it is cart path only right now and that really hinders the pace of play. The greens and fairways are the best out of any course in the area in this price range. The course is flooding currently from all of the rain and has made it cart path only. There is standing water in some fairways which is really unfortunate. The back 9 seems dryer than the front 9.
Good course but the fairways are a bit patchier/longer than normal. Hopefully it’s just the time of year. Still one of my favorites in the area.
Decent course for the price.
Pace of play was horrid but overall the course was fun. Flat not too much trouble.
Marshall needs to watch The not fixing Ball Marks Greens had many ball marks...
BALL MARKS NEED FIXING.... PEOPLE NOT FIXING SHOULD BE WARNED THEN KICKED OFF RESPECT THE COURSE.
Course is in rough shape.
I’m sure it’s mostly due to the course being out of season right now but I’ve never seen the course look so unkept. Hopefully they turn it around before we’re in full swing of the season.
Nice course
One of my favorite courses to play. I like the layout of the course and the pin positions. The fairway is in good shape and the green are very nice. Even the par 3 tee boxes were ingood shape. I enjoy the chipping green with the sand.
Great shape
In very good shape at the end of the season. It was pretty empty (slight drizzle, windy) so we could move fast. Lots of tricky doglegs making you decide to lay up or shoot over hazards. Greens well-protected by bunkers. Had a good time and would come back again.
Excellent course for the money
Haven’t played Arlington in years but course is really a good bang for the Buck - tee boxes fairways and greens are in great shape - Greens roll true and are large and inviting .
Pace of play horrid with our 3 some waiting on every hole 🕳️ & round took a solid 4 1/2 hours
If you have the time it is surely worth the trip to Granite City ✅ to play this solid course
