Glad to play it any time

We play Deerpath several times a year. The layout is unique and interesting, the conditions are good, and the vibe is comfortable. Brutal heat kept the course uncrowded and allowed us to play as a twosome, quickly but not rushed.

Still good except the bunkers

We play Deerpath a few times a year as one of several solid munis in this area. It always requires thinking and accuracy, with overhanging trees and doglegs affecting tee shots and very small greens. Many munis in the area have mediocre sand, but this was really bad. It seemed like the grounds crew hasn’t even raked the bunkers all spring. They’re completely unkempt dry crumbles.

Greedy

Charging $68 on a Wednesday in October for some of the worst aerated greens ive ever played on should be a crime. No warning on GN or when i paid. No worries. We ll just never play there again and make sure people know its a dump
