Greens make the course unplayable
Fairways and tee boxes are nice, but the greens here are terrible. They will NOT take a shot! Not even a wedge, on any other green it makes a small pitch mark and stops after a small hop, on here it bounces like a trampoline and rolls off the back like your kitchen floor. I'm a big fan of the precise, small greens, tight course style when it is done correctly. But, here your entire round no matter how well you strike it is going to be scrambling for up and down pars. Kills scoring opportunities and really isn't a good experience for a serious player. They are cut too short, and WAY too firm. They need a deep aerate, sand cover, and growth cycle then maybe they'll accept a good shot.

Not busy on this day
The course was in great shape. The price was right as well. One of the maintenance men mowing the grass did not seem to care if he was blowing the grass and dust onto us as we stood by our cart on the cart path at the tee box, waiting to tee off. It was fairly rude.
