Great course
The course is tough but fair….. making is a great course for all handicaps . Excellent condition and the greens roll really well
Golf at Steeple Chase during peak time
This was an excellent price for play at this beautiful course. However playing this way was not the best experience for me. By booking this tee time with pre-pay, we were paired up with another twosome. We had different levels of skill so it felt pressured rather than the reason I was there in the first place, that is to relax. The course was fully booked so we were also under pressure to move at a fast pace. I would not play Steeple Chase this way again.
Excellent course but lower the price
Always has been a good course nut $48 for seniors on a weekday is pricier than most. Lower it and get more players.
Great track for the money
I’m very particular when it comes to course conditions, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They don’t have a range, but the hitting net is enough to limber up before the round. Be sure to practice those downhill putts, because on the course they can be treacherous. Enjoy!
Fast
Excellent pace of play. Stater and on course ranger kept the pace at around 4 hour round. Just as fast are greens. Well maintained!
Decent course. A bit pricey.
Greens were nice and quick, but almost all sloped back to front. Not much variation. Expensive green fees for the amenities.
Great golf.
The course is in great condition. Greens are fast and true. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Maintenance focused on the right things
Beautiful course. Friendly staff. Well maintained course. Some weeds in unimportant places, including brickwork around clubhouse. No range. But overall a very big “you should go”.
