Felt good just to get out on a course after a Winter that seemed to just keep going. Weather was good - not too hot, not too cold. Course was in good shape for having just opened. A Birdie on #2 was a nice way to start the new golf season.
Great for a quick 9
Fun course with narrow fairways and large greens. Two holes are over water. In good condition given the recent weather conditions. Nice restaurant and bar.
Great Value. Okay course
There are a few very short par 4 holes which make the course pretty easy. There were a few greens with brown patches. Fairways could use some tending but for the most part, the roughs and fescue were really well maintained. The staff was really nice and other players were laid back. If you're looking for a short 9 holes to play while not spending a lot, this course is perfect. I would not suggest if you are more advanced and looking for challenge.
Classic 9 hole With all the amenities
This course reopened in early June and is in the best condition it has been in in many years and is a great value ! The greens are in great shape and a little slower than normal. My only criticism is not of the course at all. I counted no less than a dozen unrepaired ball marks on the 9th green. If you’re a a good enough golfer to land the green from the tee the least you could do is repair your ball mark.
I had a couple of hours to kill while our dog was being groomed in Park Ridge and I was lucky to get on at 1:15 . The course was kind of empty because of the weather and I was able to finish around 2:40. I came to the 9th hole which was around 156 yards , I decided on a hybrid and ended up putting it around 15 in from the cup. Great way to end the round
