Oak Brook Golf Club

Very rare you go out for a round at the beginning of April and the course is as dry as it is during the mid summer heat. Can’t wait to go back multiple times this year.

This course was backed up all day. Waiting to hit on every hole. Please space tee times 13-15 minutes like a normal course.

Slowest golf round ever played you start with a par 5 then a par 3 then a par 5 I think that's one of the reasons it's so slow some of the craziest doglegs I've ever seen I Won't Go Back

Perfect fall day for golf. Conditions were very good, everything from tee to greens in outstanding shape. Fall price also a great value. Very walkable..

The only suggestion i have is start everyone on Hole 10 .. This would play faster. CURRENTLY Hole # 1 is par 5. Tee shots always have to wait for approach to green shots . Which have to wait golfers putting out and 3 groups on first tee are already waiting. Then Hole # 2 is a par 3 which is an automatic wait, as we know it . And there you have it, 2 groups waiting for 3rd group to start play on a par 3.. If they switched play to # 10 as first hole and offered the 9 hole option for additional money $$$( to which courses need the revenue these days ) Many people would play 9 holes and some would be done in under 2 hours and be Off the course after 9 holes and this would open up the current tightened layout of hole 1 thru 9 !! You asked and I gave you my advice. I believe all courses should band together and empower Marshalls to encourage faster play . You dont have to line up and putt a 15 inch putt for God's Sake, everytime. If you make the first one pick up the rest . cmon guys , not gettin any younger and there is no trophy at the end of your round. I get it courses are afraid of negative reviews . But how about if they got a positive review !!! What about that ?? I played so and so and was done in 3 and a half hours.. People would line up to play that course . Too many whiners and ya'll ain't that good.

One of my favorite courses but unfortunately the course overbooked with a college team that took all the carts, so my group had to wait. Started 20 minutes late and received no apology from the club house. Pace was very slow most of the afternoon plus there was no ranger and no beverage cart. We could only finish 17 before it got too dark.
