Stony Creek Golf Course

First off, it is a little too far from my house. The staff, especially the lady who checked me in was extremely helpful and appreciated me playing there despite the weather. There was still some snow and ice on the course. This is an intriguing course with 8 par threes! The rest of the holes were designed to be challenging. The greens have plenty of slopes and undulations so one has to be very careful with putting. Holes 7, 14, and 15 are really interesting.

If you are looking for a cheap round at an OK course look no further. Nothing here to blow you away but there is nothing wrong with it either. Wish there wasn’t so many Par 3s.

In town from Nevada. Rented clubs from your pro shop. Gave me 2 drivers ( same make) , 2 - 7 irons,

1 - 4 iron , (100 years old, ) 1 sand wedge, and a 3wood.

No starter outside. Had to ask strangers which way to go. Had to place myself with another single with no help from anyone on your staff.

Went back to clubhouse at the turn before hole 10

to complain and get actual GOLF CLUBS .

The older man gave me different clubs. After 11 th hole found out that 2 of the clubs were WOMENS, clubs. NO MENTION OF REFUNDING MY MONEY FOR RENTAL CLUBS!

Who ever is running this place is stealing if you are paying him or her.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! !!!

I was very happy with the condition of the course. The staff were very friendly. I think the course is a bargain. It is moderately challenging, yet reasonably priced. The golfers in front of us played at a good pace. We never waited longer than eight or ten minutes to play a hole.

We did run into a bit of a traffic jam, but not until about hole 11 so the front 9 was completely clear and a lot of fun. I love the course as someone that cannot hit super long drives because it’s not too long and has a lot of fun holes. I really had a great time!

Great course. Nice greens with some challenge to them. Quite a few fun holes. Love the nice mix of Par 3s and 4S for a good after work round.

Course couldn’t be in much worse conditions and pins tucked 5 feet from the fringe on every hole.

Staff was nice but that’s the only nice thing I could say about the entire place.

Short course with low par. Perfect for game improvement.

It you want to get eaten by vicious horse flies all round this is the place to be. The moment you step on the 1st tee box there will be millions of hungry horse flies ready to bite your entire body. Me and my father made it too the 9th hole until we had to call it quits because we had been getting eaten alive for 2 hours. It was definitely the worst experience I have ever had on a golf course. Don’t come to this place unless you have a hazmat suit. PS bug spray makes it worse.
