Fox Bend Golf Course

Great course in excellent condition. I booked as a single and was grouped with a Grandpa, Son, Grandson. Kid was like 11 and they had him tee off from the 150 marker on most holes. Were we a bit slow, I guess, 2 hours 15 to turn 9, but I've seen a lot worse. The ranger was a bit rude about it and didn't even approach us until near the green on 7 (they were only doing 9, me, 18). He comes up to me first asking "What's the hold up" and explained the kid is just learning and we'll speed up and play out of order So you have this young kid trying to learn the game and the ranger upset him, which ticked me off. If we were so slow, then how did I catch the group in front of me on the 11th tee. It was all a bit unnecessary in my opinion especially with only 2 full holes to go. I just think it could've been handled better. Other than that guy, everybody was friendly and the course was in great condition.

I drove 45 minutes and I’d do it again.

Friendly staff, nice driving range, nice course layout. Has a good mix of precision and let’er rip holes. The greens were well cared for and the pin placements were nicely varied. All in all a fine course and a very good value.

Really enjoyed a fun afternoon with three buddies at Fox Bend. Super-nice staff inside the clubhouse and on the course. Moved at a good pace and could have finished in four hours.

First time on the course and a really fun track for the money. For a group of monthly golfers, distance made greens reachable, while still challenging. Lots of really fun holes bringing water and sand into play that makes you plan shots, which is great for our skill level. Greens were tough too with lots of break requiring you to shape some putts.

Wrapped up with a great burger inside. Menu was broad and $ reasonable. Overall great day.

The course was in excellent condition. Staff was courteous and friendly. Played in just over four hours. Highly recommend this course.

My only issue was the pace of play. Took me a little over 5 hours with how backed up it got and the people I was paired with.

Haven’t played here in almost 25 years. Course is beautifully maintained. Fairways were perfect. Greens ran true. Look forward to another visit soon

I’ve lived in the area many years and other golfers would recommend this course. I have average skills but stayed on shorter courses for comfort level. I feel comfortable on this course and I plan to make it my go to course. I highly recommend this course.

I have played Fox Bend maybe 8 times over the 20+ years I don’t recall the course ever being in this good condition! There were a few greens that weren’t quite as nice but I believe mainly due to golfers not taking care of their divots/ball marks. I will definitely return to Fox Bend again and the 18 hole rate I got on line was outstanding!

The layout was good. The negatives come from the greens. There were several greens where there were dirt spots from loss of grass. Plus many people who had played there do not fix the ball marks and that hurts the way the greens roll.

Can’t remember when I had a better time.

I’m going to golf with them again. The course was in very good condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll go here more in the upcoming months.
