1st Round of the Year
This was my 1st round of the year but I was impressed by how nice the greens were rolling! While the clubhouse was not fully stocked, they actually had a young lady riding around asking if we were okay and if we needed anything! She even said “selections were limited” but her spirit and attitude was great! My only problem with the course BUT let me caveat this statement (this is not unique to Deer Creek, The bunkers are horrible, too many rocks in the bunkers) I chipped a brand new wedge but again this isn’t just at Deer Creek but a lot of the Public courses in the area! Overall this is a regular course on my rotation - word to the wise score early — 15 is your last best scoring opportunity, the Championship Holes 16 - 18 will bite you if you aren’t careful — Trust me I’ve lost so many good rounds on one of those holes!!! So, enjoy this jewel of a golf course that will challenge every aspect of your game!

The course is in good shape. Sand tramps need some sand in them.
Great value
This was a great value. Pace was a little slow for my 3-some (5.5 hours) and the 2-some in front of us decided to join up with the 4-some in front of them for the final 4 holes. That said, the 19th hole with Rebecca was awesome! Overall, pretty good deal.
1st Round of 2021
Course was in great shape for this early in the season, greens were rolling very nice and true! The only reason I gave the courses an “average” rating the club house was not stocked but that is understandable! There was still someone riding around trying to ensure we were okay — impressive most courses aren’t doing that as of yet!
South side gem
Course is in good shape after the winter thaw. The greens are a little beat up from people not fixing their ball marks. The management should make golfers aware of fixing ball marks and replacing divots on the fairways. It looks like a war zone. Still a good course to play.

For the time of year playing the course, it was in good shape. The bunkers were in bad shape, but the greens were rolling good.
