Great course
This has got to be the best value in the south suburbs. The only negative is the pace of play, but that is because some players just lack etiquette. Other than that, this is my favorite course to play for the price.
Great condition and people
Play there from time to time and always great condition . Decent pace of golf
Great Course for the Price
Hard to beat 18.99 for 18 holes of golf with a cart. Greens and fairways are in decent shape, ball marks mostly repaired. Some of the sand traps are in pretty rough shape, but you can hit out of them if you rake and place. My dad and I have been playing this course for years and I would recommend it to anyone!
Home course
The course is in great shape. The greens are rolling good, and most of the bunkers now have playable sand in them. All in all, a great course to play.
Staff wasn’t the friendliest!
The two individuals I got assistance from were very short and uninterested in what I was inquiring about. I blamed it on it being a busy day for them. Other than that, no complaints.
South side gem
Aside from the morning fog hampering the tracking of tee shots, the course was in good shape. Had a great time.
Good course but super slow
Super slow! Pace of play was the worst I have ever played. It was a Saturday but so slow. People working were very nice. Course is nice. If they could figure out how to speed it up then I would rate this course very good but not right now With a terrible pace of play. It wa nice have burgers on the grill - that lady was very nice. The two rangers were very nice.
Good pace, nice course, kept up well
Hot humid day but a nice breeze and enough clouds to keep it manageable. Course has been kept up pretty well. Not up there with the pricey upscale courses but very much worth the money. Our twosome moved right along even with a four and a three in front of us. No real complaints. Teed off at noon and finished around 3:45. Good $3.50 hot dog at the turn. Very worthwhile course.
Good course and well maintained.
Course was in great shape as well as the greens. Course was not crowded and we were never backed up or pushed.. Deer Creek is a good value for the money. Have played it several times and will continue to do so.
