Nice little 9-hole course. Good for beginners
This is a short little course thar is slightly longer than a par-3 course. The course is well maintained and very playable. My wife is new to golf and this is one of our go to’s for her so she isn’t holding up the pace at longer more challenging courses.
The course was cheap during the week and we were one of the few groups out there. Very nice round.
Just me: not my favorite course
This course just does not lay out well for me right now. I probably should hit from up tees. Otherwise, it was fun, good group. Slight mix-up with start.
Challenging and picturesque
The course is in great shape! Difficult, sloped greens and thick rough made it tough to score. Staying in the fairway and approach shots left below the hole are very important. Pace of play was great! A very enjoyable round!
Slow pace and holes close together. Bring a helmet.
Okay course, and has potential to be a solid short track, but pace of play is brutal. Only played there one time and saw more than one group of 5 who must've averaged triple par per hole and played every single shot. Got hit into about 4 times from 3 different groups from 4 different directions, gotta keep your head on a swivel and have good insurance playing here.

Sugar Creek never disappoints - a beautiful course on a sunny afternoon. Even after a few days of rain, conditions were very good. The improvements to the water edge areas have grown in so well - the wildflowers & natural grasses really elevate the visual experience at Sugar Creek. We will be back out soon!
