The course is well maintained.
Me and another golfer were playing behind 3 golfers. Had to wait at almost every hole. Never once offered to let us play through. No one in front of them.
Great course. Several tee boxes to make the course as long as you want. Fairways and greens are great. Some water, a couple of narrow fairways - just a joy to play.
Drove an hour away for half the course to be closed. We made the tee time days in advance so the course had plenty of time to let us know what we were walking in to. The greens on the front 9 were so rough that you couldn’t trust a putt because it was like a sandbox. I get that you have to aerate the greens but it was poorly done and with no notice to us. Will likely never be back. Very disappointed. Two stars instead of one because the employee in the pro shop was super friendly.

Numerous 5somes spoiled it for me
The course was packed, with numerous 5somes. Pace of play suffered. I don't agree with 5somes. No starter or ranger. Kid running the pro shop wasn't helpful or interested. This many people was surprising, since this course is pretty rural. I guess the low, low prices and the nice weather brought them out. Course itself has several interesting and fun holes. But also many straightforward holes. Greens were a bit slow and the course was soaked. Fairways and tees are dormant, with no overseed. It's a decent course, but the overcrowding spoiled it for me. For this price, I guess I shouldn't complain though.

Course was well maintained. Beautiful views in the fall! Was a little wet in places, lots of rain yesterday. Definitely a challenge for average golfers.

Great course
We loved the course and layout. It posed challenges and can play long but was an excellent test of skill with water in many spots. The only flaw I noticed on the course came from fellow golfers.........please fix your divots. The greens still managed to roll true but there were far too many divots needing fixed or poorly fixed. Overall a great value, great course, nice staff, and I will be back.
Solid course in decent shape
Country Oaks has become a known commodity, which is a good thing. It is reliably steady and in decent shape.
The greens were decent, could improve in ball mark repair and the speed was on the slow side but given the recent rains and the better tendency not to mow them too closely and burn them in the summer heat it is understandable.
The fairways were also in decent shape and the tee boxes were above average too.
Great course! Especially for a very hot and humid July in Indiana!!
A rare find!
Decided to drive 1:15 to check this course out due to a nice hot deal on Golf Now.
It’s a very good find and well maintained!!
Cart paths are amongst the best I’ve seen on the many courses that I have played in the area.
Greens were mostly in excellent shape and it’s a challenging layout. I’ll be back for sure!!!
