Fun course on Carter Lake, many birdie opportunities and many great views of the Lake.
We got their a little early and the club pro was very nice and offered us to tee off early if we wanted, which we did.
Course was in great shape considering all the rain lately.
Overall, it plays fairly easy, many short holes, but the fairways are tight enough to keep you honest, if you are going to hit a driver, you had better be straight with it, or into the treehouse jail you go!
Layout is interesting enough that I will definitely go back and would recommend to all other golfers!
Great shape, plenty of challeges.
I have not played this course in 10 years and was reluctant to go back, however I'm glad I did. The entire course was in great shape and I hope they can maintain it. Friendly staff. A great experience for me and I will go back!!!!!
Scenic course
Shoreline is a very scenic course around the lake. It is heavily played so there is a push to play quickly. Balls are easily lost in the rough and hazards.

Great Course
I love playing here. Each hole is unique, and they all have features that are able to highlight every type of swing. Staff is very friendly, and the course is in a beautiful location.
nice course...tons of mole damage
Course has a lot of potential. They seem to not have an idea of how to control moles. Course is famous for over-booking also.
Scenic course as far as Omaha goes. Great skyline and holes that wrap around Carter Lake. A lot of fun.
For golf in January, you can't complain. The course is always a lot of fun and the staff can't be any nicer. It's a great course to golf anytime of year.
Shoreline In December
Yeah, playing golf in Nebraska in December. Leaves are sometimes a problem but they have Shoreline cleaned up for the most part. Greens are fuzzy and need cutting but again it's December. No complaints, just a great afternoon of golf.
Great golf course near Downtown Omaha
Shoreline is a great course for all skill levels with 4 sets of tees. It is a par 72 measuring up to 6600 yards. Clubhouse offers a variety of options for lunch. Experience at Shoreline was great! Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the afternoon! Great Value!!!
Great old course
Shoreline is a great course that winds along Carter Lake. It is challenging, but not penal and well maintained for a course available to the public. Unlike so many of the newer courses, it is mostly surrounded by woods and water, not apartments and houses. Enjoy!

bad customer service
the guy behind the counter was rude and treated us like we where interupting him from something other than his job, once we got our key for the cart everthing went smooth
Challenging with options
Shoreline has multiply trees and hazards and plays completely different depending on what tees you play from. I played from the back tees and it increased the challenge on an already challenging course. Shoreline is a unique course in the metro because mature tree lines and challenging set up.
Has always drawn me back.
Shoreline golf course is one more challenging course because of tight fairways lined with mature trees and lakeside shore. More flat layouts, but thick rough areas also make playing Shoreline difficult, yet enjoyable.
