Course was in good condition for late October, greens were in great shape, some of the tee boxes were being worked on. Pay special attention on direction of your ball, Elbe as lots of trees, which means lots of leaves in the fall. Stunned I lost only one ball.

Elbel
THE COURSE WAS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. THE TEE BOXES WERE A LITTLE BEAT UP BUT NOT BAD. THE FAIRWAYS WERE SOFT AND PLUSH. THE GREENS WERE VERY GOOD CONCIDERING THEY HAD BEEN AIRATED A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. THET WERE VERY SLICK TOO. LOVED THE LAYOUT AND THE MOXIE OF THE COURSE. PACE OF PLAY WAS A LITTLE SLOW DUE TO A LOT OF PEOPLE PLAYING.

Great course!
The course is great!!
The kiddies need to be wrangled on this course... twice now the 30 somethings have music blaring from their carts....we r there to enjoy the quiet & play our game. Tone it down to just YOUR group. No one else needs to hear your music.

A great find...
Staff friendly but course in great shape working its way through water, many different types of trees.
Would have to be a must when fall arrives and color hits trees!

Very good track, despite wet conditions. Sow paly.
Great collection of varying holes. Long-short, right-left, up-down, wide-narrow, easy-hard.
Always a little wet due to clay (and over watering).
Beware, plan on 4-5 hour round...

Has Improved
Greens were in very good condition. Fairways much better than in previous years. Some tee boxes still a little rough. Two negatives during this round: pace of play was slow (about 4.5 hours) mostly because a sixsome was up ahead, and the rough was unusually thick and long (another reason for the slow play).

This course is always challenging! Tough fast greens and thick rough make pars and birdies tough! Fun as always and beautiful scenery and wildlife.

Greens very scuffed up. Tees and fairways have way too many bare spots. Needs over seeding badly.

Good day of golf
We ended up playing 27 holes because it was such a nice day! The fairway is a little chewed up but its to be expected this time of year without a lot of rain.

Rough to high struggle to hit solid shots from the deep rough. Otherwise course in good shape.
