Warren Golf Course At Notre Dame

I’m new to gold & played here for the first time. The staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating. While I don’t have a whole lot of experiences to compare it to, I thought it was a great course, well maintained & fun to play.

We were kicked off the course on 17 tee box at 7:52pm. Sun was still up until almost 8:30pm. We should have had plenty of time to finish but due to a course policy that no one told us about until we were teeing off #1, we were unable to finish our round. On top of that pace was not great. We didn’t see any course marshal out there to keep pace moving for most of the day. We finally saw a marshal at 7:15pm, he was waiting for us as we came off the green. I greeted him and asked how he was doing, his only words in response “you guys got 40 minutes” and the drove off. Pretty rude to say the least. We then saw him again 15 minutes later to tell us, again not very nicely, that we now only had 25 minutes. Didn’t see him once all day to help with pace, but then twice in a 15 minute span to harass us. Course is in great shape and a fun track, but the staff make it an extremely unpleasant experience. I would spend your money elsewhere. The South Bend city courses are half the price, pretty good condition, and don’t make you feel unwelcome.

Didn’t see him once during the round until he came by at 7:15 to inform us we only had 40 minutes left to play. We saw him again at 7:30 to tell us again, 25 minutes. He was not friendly in either interaction. Felt like he just harassed us for the last 45 minutes of the round. Course is in great shape and a fun track but the course curfew policy and rude staff make for a terrible experience, especially considering what they charge. Would not recommended

It was a nice layout. My wife and I played with a twosome familiar with the course so that helped. Wish more people fixed ball marks and raked traps. There was an outing that finished at 3PM the cups were abused, not the courses issue. We had the Canadian smoke so the course beauty was hidden in that smoke a bit. We enjoyed it and would return.

Everything was top-notch at this place. Highly recommend. Go Irish!

VERY Nice course. Team members of the women's squad greeted at parking lot. staff at clubhouse friendly. Played with a Professor from ND. Nicc course with tough fast greens a lot of fun

Wasn’t a playable course. Fescue too high and fairways too tight

I was pleasantly surprised of conditions on course. Greens were mowed and rolled so putts rolled true. Tee boxes and fairways were pristine. Starter and pro shop staff couldn’t be friendlier.

What a great day, it was golf the way it should be.

Warren Course is one of THE best courses in the Midwest. Great layout...beautiful greens....excruciating bunkers....

Love playing Warren always a challenge but just overall great time. Staff is awesome from club house to ranger. Grounds crew needs a shout out November golf and not a single leaf ball was taken. Greens rolled great

Great course and layout knowledge is key. The greens are running good but very difficult and challenging.
