satisfying
only got to play front nine, back nine was closed due to flooding. what we got to play, fairways wide open, in good shape, greens pretty good also.short course, mostly par fours, par threes and one par five on front nine. wonder what the back nine is like?
Good Course but no Kenny...
The course was in good shape. Most of the fairways were in good shape. The greens and tee boxes were green and in good shape. The greens were slow initially. They were mowing the greens during my round, so the greens sped up. This course has several elevation changes, which makes it an interesting course to play. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to meet Kenny Perry. The employees are very friendly and courteous. My ball was lost in the fairway, due to the leafs and one of the mower operators found it and delivered it to me on the following tee. He even gave me two other found balls. I would definitely play this course again.
Course with lots of slope
A good scenic hill climb requiring plenty of energy. Most tee shots were either uphill or downhill requiring accuracy to keep ball on sloping fairways an greens. A true golfing challenge and the course plays long.
worth a look
I would say this course is a step up from a municipal course, but it still resembled a muni course. I have and am a fan of Kenny Perry. With the course identified with Kenny, I assumed it would look and play more like the courses Kenny plays.
All in all, I played in about three hours and enjoyed my round and day....just don't expect a well manicured country club and you will enjoy your round.
Go WKU Hilltoppers!!
Great Value Course
For the money, this is a great course. The pace of play was good, got 18 holes in (riding) just under 4 hours. The fairways were nice to hit from and the rough wasn't menacing. The greens were pretty big, they were a tad slow, but still in a great condition and were all well taken care of.
Was worth the 40 minute drive from Nashville, TN.
great course
the course was in great shape there was nothing to complain about
Kenny Perrys course
Tucked in the corn fields hard to see the sign for the road just small golf shop but nice well maintained course the greens were real nice putted good nice mountain course I could tell all the regulars were there playing there game they said Kenny was there didn't get to see him so I could tell him what a nice his course it was
Nice layout, average conditions
Title says it all. Played here while on a short vacation with the family. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This course has an interesting layout, with a mix of easy and challenging holes. The course condition is average to below average, but the green fee including cart was a fair price all things considered. If I was in the area, I would play it again.
Staff was the best I have encountered in years.....
Great
Have played here before!!! Always great and to see Kenny trophies is always great too!!!
Enjoyable experience
I played the course as a two-ball with my brother. We had a great time and shot great rounds. The course is very playable for higher handicaps and requires strategy for lower handicaps. The greens are great, Kikuyu I believe. The roll true so you will enjoy. The course has a bit of water, and elevated greens. I shot 78 so that may have made me enjoy the course even more.
KP's CC Franklin, KY
Kenny Perry's Country Creek Golf Course is a outstanding 18 hole golf facility. Each hole presents the risk/reward thought evaluation process and then the actual ball location for the next shot.
The staff is extremely friendly and the even the owner took time to say hey, welcome and enjoy the golf!
