Hunters Ridge golf course
It was a beautiful day on a beautiful course. We were not pushed and we didn't push anyone.
Descending
I'm not sure if the greens were recently hit by disease or what, but I was shocked to see and experience how bad they were. I've played this course a few times per year, over the past several, and was disappointed in their conditions. They were something you may expect in March or April, with winter kill, but not in mid June. Hopefully, they get them turned around, as I am generally a fan of the course.
Golf at Hunters Ridge
Called Golfpass the evening of the 10th got the tee time I wanted for the 11th. Beautiful day and beautiful course.
Great Day!
I played with my husband and 2 grown sons and we had a great time. Challenging but fun course to play. Staff was great and we thought the course was in great shape. Great value and had great weather to top it off.
Meh
Good deal from Golf now. However, Hunters Ridge isn’t kept up like it once was. Cart paths are in terrible shape. Greens were significantly slower than the practice green and in rough shape on some holes especially number 2. The course was under watered. The tee boxes were so hard it was tough to get a tee in far enough if hitting a 3wood. Staff was kind. The course needs better up keep
Pace of play
I love this golf course! The staff are all great. I was a single stuck behind a 2some and 3some that very slow. I didn’t even finish my round. I stopped after the 10th hole.
Nice course
We have played this course multiple times and it is always in good condition. The staff is welcoming and pace of play is usually excellent.
Hunters ridge review
No starter, terrible pace of play. The course is in bad condition and it cost $50 at 5:00 on a weekday which is a lot for what you get.
Hunter’s Ridge GC
One of my absolute favorite courses to play that is within 45 minutes of home. Took my 13-year-old son to play his first of many rounds. Absolutely great layout good course. Course is always in good shape and the greens putt true.
Best public course in Cedar Rapids
Always a great time and a good value vs. all local golf options. Nate runs a tight ship and welcomes his clients.
Great course, crap attitude
The guy behind the counter was rude to me and my golf buddies. It seemed like he was not happy to be there and he treats people crappy.
