Very playable course - great staff!
Fun course to play, and great practice areas with very nice driving range, chipping green with sand trap, and large practice green.
Great Track
Let me start off by saying I live in Los Angeles and am in the area visiting my future in laws. Snuck out for a round this morning and hit the jackpot with this course. Gorgeous, well maintained track. Looks forgiving but it's not. The high grass will punish you. Staff was awesome. Flew threw 18 (3 hours flat).
A course this beautiful with zero wait in LA would run me $90-$150 on a weekday easy. Hunter's Ridge is $35 for 18 and a cart. THIRTY FREAKING FIVE. I can confidently say that if I lived in the area I'd call off my engagement and marry myself to the game.
Could be better
Tee boxes are in rough shape as well as some greens. Dandelions don’t look like they are dying.
Cart paths need resurfacing. Some older staff are unfriendly. Some holes need signs on directing carts where they should go. Golf pro however is excellent.
The course needs water
Played with my normal 4 some. Greens are in need of water. Super hard, like pavement. Fairways very short and also needing watering. Very windy. We all like the course, Marshal friendly.

The fairways and greens were in very good shape for this time of year. Very friendly staff.
Don’t waste your money
Well maintained. Had to play back 9 twice. Incredible waste of $35

Amazing Cleanup!
Just 21 days after a hurricane strength windstorm hit the area, the golf course was open and playable! The staff and volunteers and tree service not only cleared almost 400 damaged trees but cleaned and mowed all faiways, and greens. They were certainly slower than normal, but still smooth. Its a great layout which is still plenty tough, or easy, depending on which tees you use. Play it often
