Oak Country Club

The course was as expected. It is a small course squeezed into an even smaller footprint. The layout was dangerous at times as we would turn a corner and find ourselves directly in the path of players driving off another tee box. The worst part is they booked tee times about 3 minutes apart. We were bunched up for the first nine about three groups deep at each hole. Many only played 9 so it cleared out a bit on the par 3+ back 9.

Pace of play is very slow. Course lay out is very poor and to many par 3

Course was nice but some greens were patchy and Hole #2 was out of play without any options to either charge less or allow additional play. Otherwise a fun round with my son.

Great course for the money, staff is very friendly and accommodating!

Fun and challenging course and it’s nuanced play-style makes you have to think ahead. However, hole 2 was closed. I feel like I should have been notified before I purchased a tee time. The greens were under heavy construction. That’s okay, just notify me ahead of time is all I’m saying! Fun course though. Shot a 75 first time through the track and am excited to try it again, with a little more knowledge.

Staff we’re friendly and let us start 5 min past our tee time due to a wreck on the highway slowing us down.

Most tee box are super rough and only dirt. Course isn’t bad for the price.

I do wish there was someone to drive around to keep other players respectful and at pace.

So many speakers playing super loud and people skipping holes which slowed our party down.
