First Time For Season
My grandson and I got to finally play some golf. The weather cooperated and we had a great time. We were informed of league play but we played in good time. Our pace of play was good. Will play there again.
Great Course for the Money
I’ve played this course multiple times and it’s great value for the cost. It’s a simple course with a lot of open fairways. Staff is awesome and very friendly. Only thing I would change is even if you book a tee time online there’s a good chance you’re going to be waiting for a bit on a weekend. Other than that, definitely worth the play for how much it’ll cost.
Slowest Golf I have ever played.
I have been golfing 4-5 times a week since COVID. I have never written a review bad or good but I felt like I needed to report this course. The owners are only in it for the money. If you book online they will not respect your tee time. (First come first serve) There is no starter and they push as many people as possible out at a time. It took my almost 3 hours to play 9 HOLES.
DO NOT GO TO THIS COURSE.
Good course for price
I see a lot of negative reviews for this course, but it’s what I’d expect for $15/round. Beginners course, so pace will be slow. But it is maintained well, and staff is great. Recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, relaxed round to hit some balls and drink some beers with friends
First time playing
This was the first time I played this course. The holes are not numbered so it does get confusing if you’ve never played the course. At one point you pass a hole and then come back to it later. If it wasn’t for following another group of golfers I would’ve been lost. I did shoot the best game ever on this course and I would play It again, it’s just a lack of signs that makes it frustrating.
Good people.
It was relaxing, enjoyed the afternoon, was not rushed and the club members were awesome, Dan played a few holes with my Son and I.
Harry at the pro shop was great.
I will be back.
Goat Path
This course is poorly maintained. No grass, lots of dirt spots, greens dying/ torn up. Not worth the cheap price. Pace of play is a circus with no management by course staff. I saw a six some two groups ahead of us. Probably why we waited kn every tee past hole 1. I feel like I lost 2.5 hours of my life. I will not return. This place is a dirt pile masking as a golf course. They would probably make more money and better use of the land by building a trailer park. It feels that way. It a “meadow” alright.
The greens were OK
Other than the greens being OK, the rest of the course was in pretty bad condition .
Not sure this qualifies to be called a golf course
It's really sad to see there is no care given to this course. At one time it was an 18-hole average course. Now it is a sad excuse - I can't even say it's good for practice. There are no fairways (good luck finding grass other than crab grass) and most of the greens are just mud/dirt. I hadn't played the course in over 6 years and was disappointed in its state. I will not go back.
Good beginner courze
This was the second round of golf I’d ever played, the first also being Meadowood. It’s a good beginners course, cheap green fee makes it more palatable to go out and learn.
Meadow wood review
I believe that the staff at meadow wood targeted my cousin and I and then when we were rained out after only 7 holes of play was rudely refused any even thought of a rain check and I am really upset.
