The Willow at Golf Courses at Kenton County, The

It is a course for the low handicapper. You have to hit it long and straight. The pin placement for this day were brutal.

Found a hot deal on GN. Played on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and expected a 5+ hour round. Finished in 4.5 hours, so very happy with rate and pace of play. Condition is way below what it used to be and just don't expect great condition and you will be happy

Only negative, front 9 cart paths are in need of repair back 9 has been repaired last year. Other than that I always enjoy playing there. Staff is great course always in great shape, some hard holes but a lot of fun.

I've always loved this course, especially the back 9. The course was in great shape, including greens. The problem was pace of play. In short order I caught up to 7 4somes playing a scramble. Their format did not make them faster. I waited more than 10 minutes on every shot. I realize that as a single I'm going to be quicker and I accept the fact that I'll have some wait. But I got a rain check after the front nine because I was looking at a 3 hour back nine. I regard this as a one off at a course I love and to which I will return.

After all the rain that came through last week, I did not expect the ground to be as hard as it was. Balls in the fairway rolled off to the rough, and balls in the rough rolled into the woods. It was impossible to keep track of your ball, because it was nowhere near where it landed. Some shots felt like I was hitting off of cartpath. I would not play this course again unless there were major groundskeeping renovations. Better off playing somewhere else for your money.

Tough course from blue tees.. 1st time playing.. Back 9 was one of the toughest in the area.

Course was wet and due to massive amounts of rain, there were several area's of washout and the paths were in terrible shape. They have a lot of work to do to get the course in shape for the season. Sadly, even if it is in top shape, it's not a $60 course which is what they're charging now.

They always do a great job on this course and the price tag is the best part. For it being February, the course was in great condition and the ham and cheese sliders to end the day were the cherry on top a great golf day.

Fresh mowed fairways, greens were rolling great this time. Well kept course.

70 degrees in February, the course is always in great condition. New cart paths on back 9 big improvement this year. Always a challenging course. But the wind was howling. Still had a great time, always fun to play here. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend playing here if you're up to the challenge.

Nice clubhouse, good meal selection, course was in great shape for February in Kentucky. Greens a little shaggy but you’ll have that this time of the year. No complaints here. I will definitely be back.
