It’s cheap and you still don’t get your moneys worth. Almost got hit twice by players behind us. Two beyond drunk foursomes intentionally hooting at you when you hit. Watched them drive over a Green in their cart right in front of staff who said nothing. Will not play here again. Just spend the extra ten bucks to play somewhere better.

Tanglewood is a fun little course. It makes great use of the rolling landscape in the area, which makes for some interesting shots. Staff are always nice and overall Tanglewood is great golf value.

Second year we’ve done the stay and play and we’ll be back again next year. The staff is awesome, always friendly, good people.

The course was in great shape, challenging and fun. Hard ground, tons of roll out, but watch out, you will kick right a lot. Greens were double cut getting ready for their championship Sunday, so they were rolling FAST and true.

Love it, book it, you won’t regret it. Price was great.

It was a very good course. It was a packed day though. But the staff in the pro shop was awesome. I’m probably gonna try and play again soon.

Played Tanglewood today with a friend. Friendly greeting with the staff. Carts were ready to go and we’re off to the first tee. Somewhat crowded today, but gorgeous day!! Greens and fairways in good condition. Course was abiding by state mandates, single rider carts and greens had cups above ground. Waits were reasonable and groups were moving along. Great value for the price $17.50 per person including cart. You don’t get a much better deal that that!! Definitely would recommend this course. It’s not a country club so don’t expect that kind of a course.

This is a walking course. Long and narrow with sloping fairways and plenty of trouble on the approach. Bring extra balls if you’re not an excellent ball striker. Scoring is tough. The greens are set up very nice for “COVID19” virus protection .

Course in great condition greens in great shape cation to right handed players if you cannot keep the ball left this is a tough course most fairways slope hard right!

For the price you absolutely can’t beat it. The staff is always friendly and the course is somewhat challenging. Love this course for a quick outing

Be forewarned, current 'Winter Tees' are WAY ahead of normal positions, making it a much different, shorter course. Which most players will love.

As usual, great value, and the maintenance crew does a terrific job keeping the course in shape during challenging conditions. But getting stuck behind a fivesome that wasn't letting other groups through was no fun, and made for a much longer round. C'mon, a *fivesome*?!? On a Saturday?

And, as usual players hitting wayward dangerously close shots to players on neighboring holes have lockjaw about a courtesy holler of "Fore!" means that the track lives up to it's nickname --

'Tanglewood, where every round could be your last.'

Otherwise, course remains as expected, a unique challenge for a great price.

Overall the course was not super hard. There were a couple of holes that punished even the best of tee shots. Like the par-5 number 13 that sloped so hard left to right that there was no chance of find me a good tee shot that hit the left side of the Fairway.

On top of that, the regular course visitors were extremely rude. Pace of play was slow to begin with. It made it worse when a foursome behind my group decided not only to play through oh, they did not even address us when they did so. Just teed up a ball and hit it right in front of us like we were not even there.

When my group confronted them, they just drove to the fairways and picked up their balls and then drove past a few more groups only two play any hole they chose to play at the time.

Finally, at the 10th hole oh, there was a twosome already on the Tee Box that just came from the parking lot. They care nothing about us making the turn, they just went ahead and teed off. We asked them how they got in front of us since we did not even stop at the clubhouse on the turn and they said they just got there and decided to go off the back because it was slow.

Even though I phoned the clubhouse, they did nothing about either situation. I will not be making the over one hour drive to play that course again.

On a good note, the greens were in realy good shape.

Overall, the value for the price is good. The course was extremely dry this summer, so that affected the play. The value for the hot deal on GolfNow made the course a good trip. There are a couple of holes where the layout is somewhat unfair, but overall it is a fun course to play. I would recommend it.
