Great Layout
Me, and a Special Olympics Maryland Frederick County Athlete, practicing as a Level 3 Unified Team played Maple Run Monday evening. The course is in very good condition and presents a fair challenge to our unified team. We are most appreciative to course management for their support of Special Olympics.
Some good holes
Very slow start as an event was slow to finish. Some interesting holes. Course conditions were okay. Gas carts. Clustered Spires in Frederick was a better course & value.
Hidden treasure!
This was my second visit to this course. But with more of my friends this time. They all seem to like the course as well. The yardage may seem somewhat short for younger & long hitters.
The staffs were very friendly & I will comeback with more friends next time.

The course is being updated and improved considerably. It is already in the best condition I have ever seen it. Very excited to see the improvements.

First time playing at this course & loved it. I will definitely come back again. I see several improvements in progress throughput the course.
Peaceful and quiet
I love playing this course. It is peaceful and quiet and the course itself is very nice. I would recommend this course if you’re looking for a hassle free day of golf
Great value!
The course has improved tenfold since the beginning of the year. The new owner is putting money into the course and it really is looking nice. The course cuts through woods but also has open holes. My favorite course to play in Frederick County for the value and laid back management.
Course is coming along very nicely.
New owners are doing a great job, club house has great selections, and course is great. Hope it keeps on improving, my favorite course in Frederick. Heavily considering their membership.
Exciting changes
Great to see this course really coming together. Tee boxes were in excellent shape. Greens were great. Great to see the bones of the course being brought back to life.

Maple Run GC looking good
Maple Run Golf Course has been improving all year. Bridges are repaired, drainage is better, sight lines improved, and the outside of the clubhouse is much nicer. A very good experience-
Charged double on credit card
Course was ok. My biggest problem is I cancelled a tee time to make it another time and they charged me double. I called and try to talk to the guy and he was rude and busy. Gave all my info and phone number and never heard back. I guess they needed that extra $140 for a foursome. I will never go back. Rip offs
A good start would be refunding me my 140$ extra I was charged

Great Course
Great course. Got a hot deal which brought the price down to 31 a person. Course was in excellent shape compared to before, nice tee boxes, nice fairways, greens in good shape. Club house staff super friendly. Pace of play was great. Course layout was great. Greens were challenging. Only drawback was no driving range to warm up. Overall great course and will be back plenty of times.
Quiet and friendly
Course was in very good condition. Staff is friendly as always and they have made several improvements. I drive an hour to play this course because it’s quiet and has friendly and courteous staff. Making strives to make the amenities and after play more enjoyable
The new owner has made a lot of of badly needed improvements to the course. They have improved the cart paths, bridges and installed new signs marking the holes. The greens, tees and fairways are in fantastic shape. Hard to imagine the change in six months.
First Time
We saw this on Golf now and decided to play. 1.25 hour drive from our house. Course is pretty in a rural sort of way as we have played some rural golf. Saving grace for this course were the greens, they were in very good condition. Pace of play was terrible. 2 threesomes in front of us(we were a twoesome)that were playing "together" so we waited every hole starting at #1. For the rate of $55/person on the weekend if you have a foursome would be worth it.
