Willow Springs Golf Course

Since it was my first time out for the year., it was Cart Path Only the whole 17 holes plus hole #11 was completely closed.

Good course for beginner or for working on your short game. Course is all par 3s and 4s.

We played after heavy overnight rain, so the course was wet and heavily leaf covered, making for a lot of trouble finding balls.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Despite a frost delay the staff did a great job of getting the group's off and after the initial delays the pace of Play was great.

I enjoy playing this course. It's challenging but not crazy. I like the par 4 and 3 layout. You can play 9 in less then 2 hours and it's generally not too crowded. My only issue is it does not have a slope rating so your scores don't count towards your handicap.

Able to play by myself so it went fast. Beautiful fall day. Greens were very pock marked. I repaired what i could. Haven’t played here in a while-not as punitive as i remembered. For the money it was a nice quick round of golf. Would not feel that way if i paid full fare

Course looked to be in good shape, but on closer look it was just okay. The "fairways" needed to be mowed. It was difficult to tell fairways from the rest of the grass. Greens were very spotty. Seems as though when they're cut, the high spots get shaved and then dry out to hard spots. Sand traps were a disaster, but luckily I didn't have to play out of them. Best feature was the new carts.

I played here many months ago and told myself I am not coming back. But I had some time and in the area, so I thought I would work on my game and play this target golf course. I was pleasantly surprised as the course has improved dramatically and it is pretty nice now. I commend the ownership on their course maintenance and improvements. Thank you!

Course is excellent to take a beginner/novice player to. It’s not a high priced course but it is straight forward. Great for experienced player to work on iron and short game. Will definitely take my young son back again to learn the game. Great place to build confidence and easy on the wallet.

I played here the first time. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Its all par 3 and 4’s with total par of 62. It sounds easy but a lot of the fairways are narrow and greens on the smaller side. Some fairways in back 9 are kind of like rough. But for the most part the fairways were pretty decent. The tee boxes were okay. The greens were very good except the back 9 had just been aerated. It challenges you to make accurate shots. I had fun though. I think its worth the money to practice your shot making, approach shots and chipping.
