Olde Scotland Links at Bridgewater

The course was in excellent condition despite all the rain. Greens rolled perfectly. Only concern was the pace of play. The group in front of us had 2 holes open. Ranger drove by and did not address it.

I like the course and it is well maintained. Pace of play is always slow and always over 5 hours. Overpriced at $82. The range could be so much better. I have never been able to hit off the grass. The golf balls are poor at best and $8 for a small bucket is a rip-off. Golf carts are the worst I've seen as our 2 carts died on the course. We understand they have 80 carts on order but still it is embarrassing and how about a discount when you have to carry your bag for a couple of holes. Just a little more attention to detail at a little better price would go a long way.

I have family in the area and play this course a few times each year. Fairways and greens were in great shape. 10 minutes between tee times with decent pace of play throughout the day. Friendly starter. Range with mats available for warm-up. Prices seem a bit higher this year. Still a solid value. Carts are getting a bit tired but I understand will be replaced this year.

Course was in excellent shape. Being my first time there I had some challenges on where the holes were, and where to hit the tee shots?. There were quite a few blind shots which made it interesting.

Only real complaint was 5 hours and 25 mins for a round is way too long

Been playing the links since they opened in 1997 and the place has gone downhill ever since no rangers to push pace of play six hour rounds course maintenance is horrible. Tee box is trashed with litter and, broken tees. Bunkers are never raked by staff early in the morning you show up and there’s hundreds of foot prints Once was a beautiful course now I would not recommend it go find another place to play many courses in the area skip this one save yourself a headache and your money.

From the moment I booked our tee time to the removing of my clubs at the end of the round, the total experience was great. The two ladies who checked us in couldn’t have been more friendly and enthusiastic. Mike the starter gave some good advice and had good conversation with us. We have played here before and will be back in two weeks. The greens were sandy but not bad, we were notified of that. The greens should be in top shape in two weeks. Thank you.

I was made to tee off on 10 with a wide open front 9 b/c the leagues were teeing off in a while, yet most of the front 9 was wide open. I asked why I couldn't just go off the front 9, and was told the leagues own the front 9 most days...the back 9 was jammed packed and I left after playing 10-13...why can't the public go off the front and when the leagues have the tee box, they just tee off at regular tee times???? TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!

Fun layout with 11 links style hole's on the "front" (you make the turn at 11) and 7 holes that are a bit more wooded on the back. There's a bit of back and forth so you're regularly hearing someone yelling fore. Steady 15mph wind the whole round which def impacted play. I live 30mi away but would make the trip again if it was less windy.

This course is a gem, the greens were in amazing condition.

Great course for all ages since it is wide open but still quite challenging even for tge good golfer. Definitely coming back
