Golfer Reviews
Bad Green
The greens were dry and lack of grasses in many of the greens - perhaps from the heavy rain in recent days. For the pricy green fee, I don’t think it was worth it. Until they repair the greens, then I would come back.
Solid Track
Olde Scotland Links is a solid track, but the group in front of us was walking very heavily and really messed the greens up. Some of the greens were in tough shape, which is not normal for Olde Scotty.
So the greens were bumpy and they are usually smooth as glass.
OUR GO TO COURSE
My group has been playing this course for many years. You call the course at any time someone answers...a rarity on other courses.
Everyone there is friendly and want you to have a great experience. I probably should not be saying this because now the course may get busier and I WON"T GET A T TIME.
BUT the Olde Scot team deserve this review, from the greens keeper to the cleaners thank you.

Good Course
This course met my expectations. For the price it is a great deal. The layout is okay, some holes are orientated in difficult to understand Tee Box to hole positions. The Par 3 8th hole we had no idea where the green was without driving down the cart path because the tee box orientation was facing the 9th tee box. Overall a great course for the price. Only real negative is the carts aren’t allowed in the Parking lot but that is not a huge deal.
Great day
Great value for seniors. The tee boxes and fairways were in good condition, very playable. There were some bare areas on greens but they did not impact roll, they may be a little slow compared to other ares courses. Traps were in good shape. Wish the foliage on the pond banks was short enough to see over.
Really like the course and will be playing it again!
Mixed
The layout was fair but challenging; my biggest complaint there was blind shots. They are only appropriate with private courses (or where just about everyone playing knows the blind spots; otherwise, it's a huge danger for players and delays play for taking shots and finding balls.
The weather has been mixed but there were brown spots and bald spots everywhere.
The bunkers were enormous and conditioning them seems like a gargantuan task. Given that the number of stones and footprints and total lack of grooming and raking were expected but absolutely terrrible.
Wonderful place for a round of golf
Love this place.my only negative is they don’t provide drinking water on the course.
Great walking course
Course was in good shape with some challenging holes and a few easy holes. Enjoyable day.
Always a pleasure!
We always look forward to playing here. It is an interesting course with different hole layouts. The course itself was in excellent shape considering the drought. No burnout areas. The pace was wonderful with very minor waiting time on maybe 2 holes. Definitely worth waiting up to midnight to get the starting time we wanted.
