Rude ranger
Everything was great during the round and as we were standing on the 18th green finishing up (literally last guy putting) the clock struck 6pm. Here comes the ranger on his cart yelling that “6pm means 6pm get off the course.” Don’t take tee times after 1pm in New England if you’re going to kick people off the course at 6pm. Just for how rude and inconsiderate he was while we were trying to finish the round, I would never come back

From fairways to greens, everything was in great shape. They were perfect conditions. From the checkin gentlemen to the starter, and the bartenders great job. Can’t wait to come back. One of the best courses in the area. Highly recommended.

Course is in great shape and the pace of play was perfect, never waited and wasn’t pressed at all. Greens looked like they were punched a few weeks ago and are coming back nicely. Real bargain as a walking sr. Friendly starter and ranger. What else could you ask for.?

The staff were friendly, the course was in great shape (a little wet, emphasis on little). Had a great time and can’t wait to play again.
the good and the bad
good first...nice layout. forgiving but not easy it was just aerated so can't really criticize the condition I knew what to expect. I'd like to go back when the course is healed and see what it plays like then for sure. Clubhouse was nice and the food was better than most places. Good service there for sure.
bad--the older worker/ranger at the driving range. Couldn't have been any ruder and unprofessional. We accidentally drove to the wrong range and he spoke in a way to us I couldn't believe. We never hit a ball we were just in the wrong place. Extremely rude. But with the bad there was some good, the gentleman giving a lesson was personable and friendly, took a moment to tell us where to go and easily overheard what had just happened and he knew it wasn't appropriate. (So thanks to that young man.) I regret not going into proshop to share both sides of that experience.
The course itself was a little slow seems like pace of play is not enforced but it was a nice weather saturday and a public golf course. To be expected I suppose.
In the future I know what range to go to and look forward to giving the golf course (and staff) a second try.
Wonderful round
Challenging links style course with some strategy involved in shot making. Narrow to start but opens up a couple of holes in. Conditions were amazing Highly recommended and great value.
Ho Hum...another day in the office
Just think about when everything goes RIGHT!...at the office...and the course...from start to finish a well maintained course(played the equivalent of the DEW SWEEPER rates...meaning early am)...from tees to greens the course is well done...
Would make the suggestion that they take advantage of the DEW, and roll the greens early in the am...to help the greens heal faster from their earlier aeration...the greens are in good shape, but a few residual bounces are still there...

Course
The course was generally in excelllent condition but the greens were not. I know they were air rated a few weeks ago but they were Not good at all. The ball literally bounced all the way to pin when putted. Overall love the course. A discount for poor green conditions would have been nice.
