Golfer Reviews
Unfriendly staff
I arrived at the course on Sunday to play golf for Father’s Day with my wife riding along to observe. I was quickly told by the gentleman in the pro shop that there were no spectators allowed on the course. While it was clearly marked as such in the pro shop, there was no mention of it on The golf now app. Ultimately, the staff would not allow my wife on the course without paying full Green fees and actually playing golf. While I love playing golf at this course, it’ll be my last trip due to how they treated me and my wife.
Great conditions after heavy rain.
We received 5.5” of rain in a 24hr window Thursday - Friday. Tee time 6:20am Saturday and there was only 1 fairway puddle, bunkers however were inundated with water. Greens ran smooth and true. Pace of play was perfect.
Course Condition
The overall course was in good shape the only issue was there were a ton of tree twirly birds Al over the greens which made putting difficult.
Extra fees using Golf Now
It cost us an additional $18.00 ( $9.00 per person) to book our tee time through Golf Now. That was money I didn’t have to spend if we booked directly through the club. Earlier this year I was charged $89.00 per person when I booked at Atlantic CC, which was $19.00 per person over their posted rate.
I don’t see how I got any additional value using the Golf Now site and will never use it again moving forward.
Always worth playing
It was in good shape, especially for the beginning of the season after A few days of rain. Food and beverage was very limited too.
