Nice public course
Nice public course. Early in the year but the course greens were very nice, fairways are getting better every week but the sand traps are in very tough shape. Lots of rocks and they all need new sand in them. It’s was like hitting out of dirt that was packed down and wet. Even when they dry out and get some attention they need new sand. Nothing worse than having a nice course layout and having bad sand traps.
Great local course
It’s hard to criticize them for their conditions in early March. I’m very forgiving with the review because of how harsh the winter was I wasn’t expecting perfection. There was a ton of goose poop on the course, which I know is hard to get ride of but I wish they got it off the greens a little better. That’s a minor criticism, it didn’t ruin the round because we were just happy to be outside and playing again. The makeshift green on 8 was also a low point. I’d rather close the hole and let us play on 10 or 11 instead than try to putt on a fairway. The staff was very polite and made checking in easy. The $25 price for 9 is fair for the early season condition of the course.

called in the AM and course closed for the day. Need to get a refund for reservation charge. Thanks
I mean, it’s Ridder
Everyone knows this place. It’s Ridder.
We all know the white tee box is a crap shoot cuz no one plays the back tees, we all know you can spray and pray the driver on the front 9. It’s Ridder. We all know EVERY SINGLE bunker on the course is a dumpster fire of concrete. But, again….its Ridder. It’s the “charm” of this place. It’s why we keep coming back even though West Bridgewater is 5 minutes the other way for usually 10 bucks less.
Ridder farms
Course in great shape, the only exception was that the greens were bumpy from aeration.
Great Course for the Money
This course, while not the most challenging, is always in excellent condition. Any other course this well maintained in the area is at least 70 80 dollars. Back nine is a little more difficult.
Great conditions
Played 18 holes in under 4 hours which is always nice. Greens fairways and tees were all in great shape and well maintained. Love the new sand traps on 17 and 18.
Will definitely play here more often.
Short but fun-
The course is in great shape, walked 18 in just about 3 hours. Green rolled nicely and the staff was super nice.
Great Greens
Rather than a roller coaster, the greens were smooth yet challenging. Fairway grass like velvet. A little long but ok. We golfed front 9. Will definitely go back.
