Conditions not the best during this time of year but that’s to be expected. A little wet on the back 9. Greens were inconsistent with speeds, some being very slow with others being significantly faster. Hazards need some work but maybe will dry out when the weather improves. Overall a great value though and a great course for the money. Will play here again

Carts weren’t available. Course was a bit soggy but it’s what you would expect for new years eve.

Decent layout with greens being in decent shape considering the time of year.

Def a short course. Number of dog legs makes it have a little kick to it. Fall golf so the greens were in tough shape like I read in other reviews.

One guy said don't expect to make putts outside two feet but we were all putting solid but man did the ball hop, skip, and bounce left and right. I did make a 25 footer right to left in which I vowed to tiger fist pump when I hit it. The first pump was fierce!

Anyways, I am a short hitter so I appreciate courses that aren't designed for smashmouth golf.

So I wrote my review mostly for the old man stuck in a somewhat younger body that doesn't bomb it off the tee. We had a great time and my buddy marked a 35 on the front!

I'd say if your a big dawg making par on the big dawg courses, you may consider this not for you.

We had a great time and the twosome we got tagged up with made it all the better. We laughed and swore at putts that jumped off line. Had a blast having some birdies attempts and lots of looks at par.

The fairways could / should have been wider or mow the rough down more. Narrow fairways with high rough. Could not find the ball sometimes and made for more time looking than playing. Carts were very old and not in great shape. Greens were good. Traps and tee boxes need attention.

I played with a friend and two other guy's, nice people. course was in good shape and the weather was perfect. We only played nine holes because it was after work but well worth it.

The clubhouse staff were very pleasant and helpful. I'll be back

All was great at the golf course, but I would like to know why I was charged a booking fee of $10 on top of each golfer paying the same amount. Why do I have GolfPass?

The course layout is very straightforward and there is decent rough all over the course.

Greens are in good condition, but its not the nice smooth type of greens (bent grass or bermuda or fescue), its the bumpy slow sort natural to new england.

greens are soft and running at a 5. putts won't run out and will oscillate on course to the destination. do not expect to make putts outside of 2 feet.

tee to green is great though! I dont like17. guess why.

Had a wonderful round. Very well maintained. Very challenging back nine. Worth the price.

Good day. Solid layout. Course overall in good shape. Some tee boxes could use a little more attention. Greens were good and well maintained. Ranger around most of the afternoon, so in spite of a busy Friday, pace of play , not bad 4 hrs, 20 min. Good value
