Golf course
I love the course. It’s really nice but it seems to be lacking groundskeeper attention especially in the tee boxes. The course was very wet but what course isn’t right now. Mother Nature needs to spread out the rain better! LOL!
Halifax early season
Great shape for early May and a great value. The course is well kept, even the greens were in great shape for this time of year
April 30th Halifax
Tee time was 11:51, but we teed off early. The pace of play was great. We no one in front of us. We finished in under 4 hours. Tee boxes were average fairways excellent, green were recently punched with small holes so they effected putting only slightly. Greens held on approach shots. Would play again when tee times become available.
Liked the course
The course was good the staff were very nice
But 79.00 for a round of golf during the week is really a lot. As much as I would like to it will not be a weekly or bi weekly game for me.
This is not specifically for you guys but why is golf so expensive?? I love golf but cannot play as much as I want due to costs.
Why so expensive?
I would so much like to play there weekly but no sr rates either.
Great course and value
Only thing that would make this course better is being able to grab a bite to eat at the turn or after the round. Other than that it is an amazing course and is always in amazing shape.
Good Winter conditions
Course played well considering it is mid-March. Temp was around 50. Some fairways were mushy but no standing water. Greens were sandy but rolled well for first day of spring.
Great Day For Golf
Nice course in great shape for the fall. Friendly staff. No pull carts so carried my bag (ouch, should have rented cart). Restaurant was closed and very limited beer selection or availability.
Too slow
They need to hire some marshals to shepherd people through the course. Too many elderly walkers who can’t or won’t play fast enough to make it an enjoyable round. Either make them take carts or ride herd on them to play at an acceptable pace.
good layout
enjoy play from senior tees. play was real slow 5 hour round.alot of standing around waiting too hit.
