Waverly Woods Golf Course

We reallyy enjoyed this course today - it’s in the best shape I have ever seen it - Great Job - Super!

We played Waverley for the first time on Sunday. It was a great experience. We booked online. The course is in great condition, and quite a challenge. It's not the cheapest course around, but that is justifiable because it's a top tier public golf course. We also appreciate the hospitality we got from the staff. Your front desk cashier was very friendly, and we saw two different marshals on the golf course, both of whom helped us look for our golf balls and let us know they were trying to keep the speed of the groups ahead of us moving for us. Afterwards, we got some food and drinks, which were good. We will be back for sure next year.

It is a bit expensive to play Waverly but what you get is worth the money. The ranger has been running around the course, moving the slow players and watching the balls at the tricky spots just to help. Really appreciate it. Always pleasant playing there.

First time playing Waverly.... was impressed. Greens were lightning fast.

The course was packed but they did a good job of keeping things moving. a four hour round with 200+ people on the golf course is a feat in itself. It's very apparent that the staff here is on top of things. Very innovative to use your GPS units for pace of play.

I knew the greens were going to be speedier than usual when I pulled into the parking lot and the grounds crew came through the tunnel from the front nine with the rolling machines in tow. The course was in very good condition, the greens were hard and very fast probably 13.5 to 14 on the stimpmeter. Still enjoyed the day!!!

The staff is always polite, friendly and helpful! Joe in particular is very responsive and even took the time and effort to find jumper cables and help me jump-start my car using his own personal vehicle. Above and beyond! Thanks, Joe, I won't forget your help!

Aside from the staff, the course is fun, has an interesting layout, and is always in great shape!

Highly recommend Waverly Woods.

We played Saturday. Course was wet but in good shape. We couldn't believe how fast we played for cart path only rules. Under 4 hours on a day like that was incredible. It was obvious the staff is on top of pace of round. Will be back.
