At Wyckoff, some of the views atop tees or hillsides can be exhilarating–as at the par 5, 531-yard third. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 06/05/2025

The fifth may be the toughest short par-4 on the course, rising from its fairway to this well-guarded green. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 06/05/2025

Seven is simply a great “postage stamp” hole that is also beautiful. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 06/05/2025

14th, par-4, 393: Designed by Donald Ross as part of WCC’s original 18, it’s hard to imagine anyone not being impressed by a hole this good. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 06/05/2025

The fifteenth, a par-4 of 365, is a target hole of modern design. It virtually forces players to lay up prior to the marsh, yet it can be played as a risk-reward hole. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 06/05/2025

18th, par-3, 229: The course closes strongly with a distinctive par-3: its raised, wedge-shaped green is pinched in front by two sizable bunkers. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 06/05/2025

Pleasant atmosphere
check in and hand cart keys and advised to have a great time
Enjoyable round
Course was in good condition. Small greens, well manicured. Narrow fairways. Challenging but fun to play. Will play here again.
Classic layout
First time playing. Small greens, smooth, soft and not too fast which was perfect for the style of course, classic layout, lots of layup holes, narrow driving areas, lots of fades off of tee boxes, but generally comfy with clear landing areas, for the most part, and approachable greens.
Fairways were dryer than dry as were the rough but generally playable with longer rough thick with some burnt out patches on fairways and off, but a very enjoyable round and enjoyable layout. Look forward to playing it a second time if possible.
Semi-private now
Fun old style Donald Ross course.Greens were in excellent shape but the course conditions overall were poor. They seem to have given up on most of th traps. Support this course by paying them a visit! The course is challenging and fun to play.
Surprisingly challenging!
This was a fun short course with a premium on accuracy. Will play it again.
Nice course located at the base of Mt. Tom
Played Wycoff CC for th first time today, super friendly and accommodating staff. Course is rather short however very challenging. Greens are well manicured and challenging as well. Great value for a great round of golf.
Wednesday morning
I enjoyed this course as it was the first time I have ever played here. I am a 9 so I played the tips and it helped make some holes more of a stretch. I say that because the blue tees (I saw no whites) were pretty short as the course is not too long. It does require some target play and I thought the best part of the course is the approach into many tricky greens. Few straight or level putts and the greens were in really nice shape. Guys at the clubhouse were great and welcoming.
the drawacks- cart paths were an adventure. I realize how tough it is once you lose these and they wash out but they need some serious work
fairways were pretty good but I found that i rolled it over a few times
unfortunately the immediate rough on some holes was quite spotty - only moved to grass a couple times as some lies were simply unfair or unplayable- guess the PGA won't send my check this month after reading that
I like the course - If you are a straight hitter and can putt you could really score here
beautiful scenery the whole round
First time
I’m around a 10 so I played the tips. The course is not really long at all but needs to be played to understand the targets. I liked the challenge of hitting into the greens. Many tight approaches and the Ross greens are in great shape and there are not many straight or flat putts. The fairways were good in some areas and spotty in others. I’m a half-full type so I just roll the ball over. The negative was that there were barren areas just off fairway. I again just played a comparable lie with some grass. The black tees made it a challenge Staff was great. Cart guy got me gassed up cart and it was pretty dead so he encouraged me to play a bunch of holes. I played 27 in about 3.5 hours
Scenic Drives
This private course located along side Mt Tom , offered T Times on golf now.com. Played front 9 w/cart. Some T boxes
F ways & G's were a " lil spotty". However the view of the valley & Mt. Holyoke Range helped make up for the less than perfect conditions. Fun holes ( slopes, narrow T''s, protected G's & variety 3's). Birdy-ing the 1st hole and A relaxing pace of play, made it a 5 star outing. Also should mention the banquet facilities at WCC are renowned for weddings and events. Having only played the front 9, I would recommend the front at a good " HOT DEAL" price.
Touring golf pro
Next time, you might want to inform your customers that half the course would be closed for aerating prior to online purchase (no warning), and when the open half of the course has greens in such a condition as they were, the whole course should have been closed! One hole did not even have a green....it was makeshift in the middle of fairway. Rest of course in very rough shape too, not just greens. Cart paths had boulders and hole 11 tee box literally wide enough just to stand in? I mean, c'mon. Both of us very disappointed.
Not a good value day of play
Course only back9 open aerateing . Back 9 greens where unputtable loaded with sand on surface.. The cart paths asphalt was all broken up and narrow. You can see why its not private anymore it's not well keep up. Call to find out if this course is on the way up to play and be satisfied on day of play..The course at one time might have been good but not now.
Worth Playing
This is a quiet and challenging course. Its easy to get a tee time even without reservation.
