This course could be really good with a little help. REPAIR your ball marks!! They could mark directions to next hole better. They show directions to various holes but not next. Nine to ten!! It’s a fun course and good distance on the holes

Horrible conditions. Tell the owner to put some money into the conditions of the course instead of their pockets. Ripoff for the money. I was absolutely disgusted. I’d rather use my $78 to start a campfire

Love the course on an overall look at it. The carts are great and the course layout is good and challenging. Only issue was the amount of greens with burnt spots or just plan no grass causing a difficult putting experience. Price seems high but would still recommend as my group still had a fun round

Course is beat up. Numerous greens with burnt patches and dirt. Weeds everywhere along the fairway and 1st cut. Bunkers filled with weeds. Tee boxes that are uneven, at a slope. Not worth $60+, which was the fee for a Sunday afternoon. Course layout is fine with some good holes but the overall condition of the course was about as bad as I’ve ever played.

The course itself was terrible shape fairways needed cutting all is needed sand and weeding greens needed cutting and repairs. Very sad state of affair and the shame of it all is this was a very nice course at one time.

I would recommend don’t waste your money

The fairways were flooded the greens are filled with dirt patches. The course is absolutely impossible to map out. No hole is next to the last so you have to get lost and travel all over the place. The grounds keeper in 7 situations sat and watched us chip with the lawn mower motor 10 feet away from us. Absolutely the worst course I have ever been to.

I’m sorry to say I’ve played this course over five years ago and really enjoyed it and it was well kept unfortunately these were the problems I faced.

1) Fairways in dire need of a good cut

2) Greens were long, bumpy, and overall terrible shape.

3) No sand in the bunkers but plenty of weeds.

4) had problems with my handicap golf cart. The only positive thing I can say is the woman I talk to on the phone four times was wonderful and the staff that brought me a replacement cart was friendly and kind, the staff was excellent. That’s the only positive thing I can say about this and by the way, the replacement card worked just as bad his original replaced

STAY AWAY. I wouldn’t play the course again if it was offered free. Walked off course after 13 holes played

The course was in terrible shape. The greens weren’t cut. The sand traps were like cement. The blue and white tees were not cut. There were no real ladies or senior tees, basically they were put in the fairways. The carts gps screens didn’t work. Lastly, the pace of play the day I played was terrible, 2.5 hours for 9, no ranger or stater, ended up not playing 18.

Complete rip off. Spent $78 for terrible greens, tee boxes not mowed, terrible course layout that has you putting while another group is teeing off right next you aiming over the green you are on.

The carts are GPS and will only allow you to stay on cart path. It will stop if you go on the grass. What's the point? The fairways are in such rough shape!

For the amount we spent on Memorial weekend I expected better.

If you're a weekend golfer, do not come here to play unless you can negotiate the price. $30 max!

Worst golf course I've played in years. Greens may be the worst with fairway conditions not any better. Pro shop had us start on the 10th tee and when we made the turn there were 3 foursomes waiting to tee off on the first. The pro shop tried to fix the situation but there were 4 to five groups already playing the front nine and we had to wait on every shot. Never would I recommend this course! Just awful!

This has to be the worst golf course in Massachusetts, I’ve never seen poorer conditions in my life and I’ve been playing for 33 years, from the tee boxes through the greens, beat up, chewed up and spit back out, they haven’t put a penny into this course since its conception,
