Don’t waste your money
The course was in terrible shape. The greens weren’t cut. The sand traps were like cement. The blue and white tees were not cut. There were no real ladies or senior tees, basically they were put in the fairways. The carts gps screens didn’t work. Lastly, the pace of play the day I played was terrible, 2.5 hours for 9, no ranger or stater, ended up not playing 18.
Stay away!
Complete rip off. Spent $78 for terrible greens, tee boxes not mowed, terrible course layout that has you putting while another group is teeing off right next you aiming over the green you are on.
The carts are GPS and will only allow you to stay on cart path. It will stop if you go on the grass. What's the point? The fairways are in such rough shape!
For the amount we spent on Memorial weekend I expected better.
If you're a weekend golfer, do not come here to play unless you can negotiate the price. $30 max!
Only good thing about this place is the food inside. Chef Dave does his thing!

Horrible Experience
Worst golf course I've played in years. Greens may be the worst with fairway conditions not any better. Pro shop had us start on the 10th tee and when we made the turn there were 3 foursomes waiting to tee off on the first. The pro shop tried to fix the situation but there were 4 to five groups already playing the front nine and we had to wait on every shot. Never would I recommend this course! Just awful!
NEVER PLAY AGAIN!!!
This has to be the worst golf course in Massachusetts, I’ve never seen poorer conditions in my life and I’ve been playing for 33 years, from the tee boxes through the greens, beat up, chewed up and spit back out, they haven’t put a penny into this course since its conception,

February in NE- what's not to like?
5 Stars b/c it was February. Course was in winter condition, I drove 60 miles to get there b/c it was a decent day and they were open with carts available. It was great fun, I had a beer in the bar to start and the guys I was paired with had an extra cigar and we shared my bourbon.
Golf course conditions? Who cared. It was a great day.
Needs work
This place needs some work big time. The greens are shag carpets, fairways are extremely messy, & tee boxes are sub par. However, I always love the two par 3's on the back nine. The island green has so much potential, & the course is similar. Needs some love, get on it Lakeville!
Poor winter conditions
The greens were substandard and the tee boxes were not great. It was nice to play in February but not north seeking out this course.
Better than expected
Course was in decent shape considering all the rain we have had. Winter golf at its best
