Executive Course
I think this is a nice executive 9 hole course; however tee boxes needs some seeding. It would also be good to have some holes marks with yardage.
Secret location
The course is compact and walkable. Challenging for a beginner golfer, but also fun. You won’t be able to find it with your GPS, so call and get directions.
Great place to play
Have played this course several times and the maintenance on this course improves constantly. It provides challenges for all type players. Can’t go wrong playing this course. Only reason I gave a 4 star on overall conditions is for the golf cart paths, they could use some TLC. staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
Please stop asking me to review Marion...I play there once a week, the course and staff are awesome, you can't beat it...what a gem!!! Even with the greens aerated earlier in the week; a great day.
Great value
Great little golf course what won’t break the bank. Greens we’re just double cut and rolled. Phenomenal greens. Fairways in great shape, as well as the tee boxes. Paid 15 bucks for 9 holes. Can’t wait to get back there. The gentlemen in the pro shop are very very nice.
I just finished my review from last week and this one would be exactly the same...I think that the greens rolled even better on the 24th...if that's possible.
I always enjoy playing Marion; the course is in terrific shape and just quirky enough. Have tried to play once a week and I enjoy the track and the friendliness of the staff.
