Gotta Play
Great playable course. Open enough you can hit your driver except for a whole or 2. A few challenging holes. Course in great shape. Couple wet spots. The pub is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Worth The Drive
Course was in tremendous shape. I played previously in July '23 and looked forward to the next time I returned. Narrow fairways challenges the average golfer, but I will be back.
Course is in great shape, tight fairways
I’ve played here a dozen times and enjoy it every time, the course is always in great shape. If you haven’t played before, just known that the fairways are tight, so if you’re a bit of a gunslinger off the tee you’re going to have a long day.
Nice course, good shape.
The course is in good shape, walkable and fun to play. We had a hot humid day, some waiting but it moved along. Greens are firmer and rolling good. Tight course on some holes, trees come into play.
Really good golf course
Very enjoyable but challenging golf course. Not overly long but not easy. Staff was great. Very accommodating and friendly. Greens were good. I will play this course again soon.
Narrow
The course was generally overbooked. Whoever designed this course was probably drunk at the time. The fairways are extremely narrow. The wooded areas have not been cleared of leaves, which makes finding a ball that much more difficult. All all you heard was people yelling fore And balls, striking trees. People were in everybody else’s fairway, trying to hit out back to their fairway. Some greens were connected to other greens and you never knew if you were going to get hit with somebody else’s ball. I will not be returning.
Friendly but challenging course great greens and fairways
Looking for a new course with reasonable price friendly staff since the closing of Green Meadow in Hudson. Since only playing here twice I think that we will be back again more than once. Keep up the great work!!!!
Tight course, fun to play.
If you like tight tree lined courses than this one is for you. It is recovering well, greens are a little slow, some wet spots, overall in good shape.
Fun course to play, is coming around.
The course is in good shape overall. It is recovering well from the winter, some wet areas, greens are rolling a little slow.
Our foursome had some waiting but still moved along, course is mostly flat you can walk it.
Butternut a little Soupy but seasoned well
Played right after a night of rain; greens stood up great but left a few strokes in a puddle or plug in the fairway. That said, shorter but narrow course let’s you play variety of tee shots. Thrown in is long par 5 on 10 which requires driver, wood to an iron just to set up 3rd shot; anything less you’re laying up for an over the water chance at bogie. Would play again as the tight fairways are a great equalizer.
Never dissapoints
This course is pretty to look at, but also a true golf course. Its more narrow then long, but doesnt take clubs out of your hand. The risk/reward is there without target golf. And, its always in better shape then whats around in the same price range. We'll be back soon.
Beautiful course
Greens were impeccable, fairways immaculate and the course looked like it was being beautifully maintained.
A+ work over there. Cant wait to return!
Horrible!
Worst course in Massachusetts, if you want to spend a hard earned buck and 8 hours of your day playing 18, pick this spot! Greens had more potholes than 93 north.
