Would rate a ten on everything if I could and best burger ever

Course was in great shape. Staff was fantastic. Greens were fast but true. Would definitely play again.

First class operation from the drop off to the tee fast greens with movement some tough holes like the sixth tee shots must find the fairways .The woods will make you pay if you miss them .Make sure to play right set of tees to enjoy the course

One of the best courses on the cape.if you looking for a flat easy course with slow greens this is not the course.fast small greens with a lot of break

First class experience. Course was immaculate. great layout. First hole is super easy and then it gets challenging as you go on. Great closing stretch. really nice practice area. Carts have gps, call buttons, etc. Cape Grille is awesome afterwards for food/drinks because the closest restaurants are about 10-15 minutes away. Highly recommend.

The course was in perfect condition with small fast greens .make you hit quality shots to have a great score.A MUST PLAY when on the cape.

I’ll start with the good. The course is kept in good condition and the pace of play is great. Fast pace of play isn’t due to the high quality golfers on the course moving things along briskly, but rather the sparsely distributed groups of golfers scattered throughout the course. If you check out tee times, there are usually 35-50 open tee times available everyday, day of, which makes sense since there aren’t a ton of people dumb enough to pay $175 for a silly, sub-par layout at a well kept course with average greens, although I’ll own up to having done it a few times due to convenience. The really confusing thing is this has been the case for at least the last 3 years. Always tons of tee times available yet each year cape club decides to increase prices 30% YoY. It’s as if they keep thinking a new crop of summer tourists will flock to the course if they jack up prices yet the crowds never arrive. Save yourself $$ and go to Pinehills or Waverly for a 10x better experience. Or if you’re desperate enough to play this spot, just know you’re getting a well kept course with a crap layout when you could drive 20 mins in any direction and get 10x the experience for less money.

Fall golf is great, course was in great condition and fun yet challenging design.

Highly recommend especially when winter prices are lower.

The course is always in great shape. Most of the time can play 18 in close to 3 hours. Get held up all day today by a twosome in front of us that insisted on looking for balls for 5-10 minutes on every hole. Have never felt the need to but called the clubhouse to request a ranger to address the pace of play since they weren’t letting us play through. Clubhouse attendant responded with “well what do you want me to do about it”. Wetness was an issue today even though it’s been dry in the area. Carts were digging holes when you touched the brake at all. Few shots had the ground just give away 2-3 inches deep when hitting iron shots. Overall, I’d definitely play here again and convinced a few friends to make the drive from Boston and they said they would definitely come back.

I’ve been playing golf in the Cape for over 30 years. I booked this course because my friends were heading back to CT right after and it would shortened their ride as I stay in South Yarmouth. By far this is one of the finest golf courses I’ve ever played.. The fairways were plush and greens( very fast) were in mint condition. The staff were very friendly, they give you plenty of bottled water and the burger I had after our round was fantastic as well. I can’t say enough about this place and highly recommend it.
