Lakewood on the Green Golf Course

Enjoyed our round of golf, will play again. This course was not recognized by our garmen. So many blind shots. But all in all it was a great day

Neat layout. Scored great deal for long drive

Interesting layout with some tight holes. What makes this par 70 course play to a 75.4 course rating is its greens. Greens have a lot of slope, not a straight putt on the course. And approach shots that just miss the green will be punished leaving you with little chance of an easy up and down. Round usually starts off fine but you will feel beat up by the 18th. Enjoyable scenery and very nice employees will bring you back, but bring your short game.

Beautiful but challenging golf course. The greens and fairways were kept up nicely. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing.

First time playing and the fairways and greens were in perfect condition. Morning tee time and the course was pretty quiet. Will play again.

My first time playing this beautiful course and would love to experience in the fall color change of northern MI. Some of the fairways are pretty tight but just adds to the challenge. Highly recommend!

Great course !! We make a 2 hour one way trip JUST to play this course ! Lots of fun and challenging !! Always in great shape !! Can't wait to come back !

Well, we live an hour and 15 minutes from Cadillac but the teatime was so cheap. It was 3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday listed at 1999H for 40 bucks for two and I had some more points in my golf pass account for some reason so I ended up being 23 bucks for two of us course we paid more for gas than we did the greens fees. OK now about the course, the front nine is the newer nine and that’s a very nice larger greens nice elevation changes and of course many many nice homes around the whole course now the back nine was tighter not is in a good shape and smaller greens but I like the holes around the lake really kind of cool so all in all yes I would recommend coming here. I wouldn’t pay no 50 bucks for around here but if you can get a tee off discount for half of that, go for it if you’re in the area for sure has a lot more character than the old country club in Cadillac , yeah the owners are very nice. The only problem was that they put us out right after a very slow outing and we did get done in four hours but it seem like it was eight if you know what I mean oh kudos to Sarah the beer girl very nice lady gave me some deals on the bus to keep me slow down and you might see us again thank you.

First time playing this course. I was happy with the condition, but very disappointed with the design and layout. There are no bunkers on this course, none. Found myself hitting less than driver on most of the par 4s and 5s because the fairways were so narrow. Green were very small with severe undulations. No water or cart person on the course with drinks. Great value for $22, but not my kind of course.

I don’t recommend bringing a rider. Way to expensive, but she was able to clean goose poop off of a couple greens so I could putt. Goose poop all over the cart floor as we were forced to walk in it.
