The course design is great and the conditions are getting better. But, I was disappointed with a couple things. The lack of sand in the bunkers and sand on the tee boxes. The bunkers were filled with dirt and rocks, not sand. I know they are supposed to be hazards, but come on. Most of the tee boxes were topped dressed with sand, which made for slippery footing when teeing off. I know they have a new superintendent who is working hard to improve things and they have, but still not there yet.

Course was in great shape and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Great deal and course was in outstanding condition! One of the best courses I have played all year so far! It has some distance so make sure you hit the range before but not too difficult that you can't score.

This course is like a mini Arcadia Bluffs. Elevation changes, creative green complexes, contoured fairways and a shot makers paradise.... All for $25! Thoroughbred is my home course, but I will be playing this course multiple times this summer!

Cedar Chase has a nice layout. The staff were very friendly. Our group had a great time and we will be back to play it again.

Cedar Chase is a nice track that can be somewhat challenging. Well laid out, and a nice mix of wooded and "links" style holes. The front nine is much easier than the back.

If it wasn't for the sand traps, I would have given this course a good rating instead of average. It did appear that the recent rain had washed out many of the sand traps but where did the sand go. The traps I was in were mainly dirt and small rocks.

Played by myself in 2 hours because rain turned everyone away. A couple wet spots but overall the course was in good shape.

It was in nice condition with a few tough hard to read greens. They need to upgrade their cart paths which were in poor condition. Other than that, it was a nice course.

Wooded and rolling terrain make an excellent golf course site.This course gives plenty of elevation change and length, yet the setting is serene. The five tee-offs are welcoming to all golfers yet challenging to the best.

Cedar Chase was in amazing condition. The greens where in great shape. By far the best golf course I have played so far this year.

Need to get stones out of bunkers

We have played at Cedar Chase many times and we still enjoy the challenging layout Elevated tees and greens to dogleg holes each next hole is waiting to lure you to hit that memorable shot.

This is a challenging course for the low to mid handicapper. Every hole has it's own unique design and scenic views. One of the best golf values in Michigan.

Love it,would do it again,very interesting course,big challenge ing course,tight,fun,if you don't shoot straight don't go,this course will eat you up

Cedar Chase was a fun course. It was in good condition, the greens were fairly quick, and it provided a fun challenge. I didn't think there was anything that was unreasonably difficult. However, it definitely forced some course management, especially on the tee box. Overall, I had a great experience for the price and will definitely be going back!

The staff was extremely friendly in the clubhouse and on the course. The course offers a challenge for all skill levels. Aside from the pristine condition of the course, it offers beautiful scenery during the fall. For the fall rates it really can't be beat, I would highly recommend phasing a round here.

There are rolling hills, tiers on the course as well as the greens. Some drives missing a fairway are automatic Tree trouble. The bunkers are also well placed throughout the course. This course requires well placed shots but can be very rewarding. Cedar chase is just as challenging as it is enjoyable:)
