7th green. This is a beautiful and difficult par three at almost 190. The green is one of the largest on the course and is three-tiered. Be sure to go around the corner to check the hole location, as the shot is somewhat blind from the back tee. Photo submitted by u314161955381 on 12/27/2022

15th green. This is a very interesting risk-reward par five. The green is blind from the fairway up until about 100 yards out, but if you're able to fade a driver over the trees that cut into the fairway on the right, you will be able to go for it. Photo submitted by u314161955381 on 12/27/2022

17th fairway. This long par five has a winding back and forth fairway that takes you deep into the Michigan woods. The fairway is plateaued and either side drops off and you have hardly any room to miss. Photo submitted by u314161955381 on 12/27/2022
Not bad.
The course is laid out super weird and no clear signage directing you to the layout of the hole or the next hole. The sign for the hole is before you get to the tee box, which I thought was odd. There is no map on the scorecard either. The front 9 definitely needs work. No real/clear 2nd cut off the green. The tee boxes are uneven. The back 9 was much better. There are a couple holes that you're literally shooting blind due to the lay of the land and no clear map/visual idea where the flag is. The "club house" is smaller than my garage. They clearly don't do a lot of business in there. I think there were 6 stools at the bar. The greens are very challenging!
Overall, not a bad course for the money! Could't beat $20 for 18 holes and a cart on a hot & breezy summer day!
Nice course, great staff
We enjoyed golfing here. They were aerating the back nine, so we had to play the front twice. This just gives us a reason to have to go back.

Although we played behind a family outing on the front nine and it was very slow we still enjoyed the play.
Nice course and fair prices
First time playing here with our group of 8. Course was nice with some challenging pin locations. Will definetly play again soon.
Good Work
Firefly is a gem of a course. Sure I overrated. But for the PRICE. It is one of my favorites.
Good Local Course but play always slow
The course is in good condition. They cater to newer golfers and allow groups of more than 4. There is no ranger so play can be very slow.
Great improving course
Firefly has improved with new ownership; The old owners years ago acted like you were bothering them. These guys done great work. Sadly, they are selling. Course can be yours for 1.3 million. (Other reasons. They tell me course makes money.) Place is updated. They are spending money. SO, I tend to believe it is doing well.
Solid, but won't be running back
Always wanted to play it. Was excited to see what it was about. Layout is funky, feels kinda congested sometimes (even more so when the course is busy), but the course is taken care of.
