12th green. This is a very challenging approach shot on an already long hole bordered by out of bounds on the right. Those three large cavernous bunkers are always a threat. Photo submitted by BuffaloBen15 on 01/04/2022

16th green. This is the highest point on the golf course. What a view of the fairway and the willows. Very tough approach shot as it plays 50 feet if not more uphill and it is tough to hold the green even with a wedge. Photo submitted by BuffaloBen15 on 01/04/2022

Beautifly Maintained
A semi private club where the course was in excellent condition. From tee to green in perfect shape.
Greens lush and true. Three tees to choose from. High end sand in the bunkers.
The front nine is fairly undramatic as numerous holes abut a busy expressway. Narrow fairways throughout.
The back nine is a killer step inclines abound and it wears you out even in a cart.
The food a beverage service was almost nonexistent The strangest set up I have ever seen. The club was hosting a private party and I think the staff was depleted.The bar service was poor and getting a hot dog was like pulling teeth. Most items were provided out of a vending machine!
The course is east to get to, I said it was close to an expressway, and a great value. through Golfnow.
Check it out when you are in the area.
Pace To Slow!
Tee time at noon for 18, left course after 10 holes at 3:00. The 11th hole had 4 carts waiting with 2 waiting on the fareway. 6 hours for 18... I don't think so!

Great course
XLoved it, the staff was so friendly and the course was very challenging the traps were thick with great Sand and the greens were tuff . I sure will be back

Course in Great Condition
I always enjoy playing this course. When I saw the price on GolfNow, we couldn't turn it down. As we arrived at the course, there were 8 golf carts lined up at the first tee box. The pace of play was very slow throughout the day. We had to wait on every tee box, but the couple we were paired with made it bearable. The greens and fairways were in great condition. My suggestion is to stay out of the rough. The grass was thick, but fair. My only disappointment was the fact that course slope and rating have lapsed and I am not able to enter my scores in GAM to track my handicap. I almost feel as if I wasted my time and money playing the course, but it was almost cheaper than purchasing two large buckets of balls. I would recommend.

Never golfed there before, really enjoyed the course and the staff. look forward to playing it again.

Third time playing here with a group of 8.
Everyone enjoyed it-- greens and fairways in good shape.
Many interesting holes-not needing a driver on some par 4's......a few long par 3's.

Very impressed with greens. Not happy about a fivesome they allowed on course, with 2 of them walking!!!
Great shape
Course was in great shape. Great layout. Some very challenging holes. Several 200 plus Par 3's and uphill par 4 approaches. Very playable, plenty of room off the tee. Enough easier holes to give you a nice blend. Loved the course and conditions.

Best in Lapeer
Gordy (owner) is a hands on kind of guy. Couse is always in great shape, a lot of fun to play, and reasonably priced. You cant go wrong making a tee time at LCC
fun course
but the pace of play was horrible cause of the groups I front of me it took 4 1/2 hrs to play 18 by myself
Unbelievable course for an unbelievable price
The title tells it all. I think the value for this course is GREAT!!! I had heard about this course for many years but just started playing it this year. I think the course is somewhat challenging to the average golfer. Well placed bunkers and hazards make what is otherwise a shorter course more challenging.
Worth The Drive
Played for the first time, 4 hour round, Priced right, Course was in great shape. Should not have had to wait for mower on 2 greens on back 9 (10am tee time) but overall great experience. It was worth the drive, I will be back and recommend to my friends!
weekend with the guys
Course and people were great. Tough challenge putting on the greens. Ran true. If I lived in the area, this would be one of my favorites.
For the healthy.
I have bad knees and this course wasn't easy on them. Really nice course but I should have gotten a handicap flag. Lots of up and down the hills.
It was fun though. Slow play, but steady. Course was in nice condition. Really had a nice day, well, except for the knees.

I got a hole in one on number 14! First one ever. I was paired up with 3 other golfers that witnessed it (John, Alex, and John). I notified the golf course and they recommended that I write this review. It was a great day, and I enjoyed the golf course greatly. I will go back the next chance I get. Thanks
Nice course near the Flint area
I've played Lapeer several times now...nice course. Pace was slow today...5 people playing together two groups ahead of us.
