Castle Creek
Course tee boxes and fairways are not as good as my home clubs' driving range hitting areas. Sand traps are marginally cared for, greens are shaggy and slow with pins cut in undulating sections where a trained superintendent would not place a pin. Played on a "hot deal" from Golfnow, but was very disappointed in condition of course. Rough was not being cut evenly and consistently throughout course. This was a play and forget course for me. Club staff was friendly and accommodatingl.
This is a fun course
I really enjoy Castle Creek. Course is in great condition and lots of workers on course maintaining it. Good challenge with a variety of holes and nestled in nature where you see plenty of wildlife as you go around the course.
Staff are friendly and took just over 2 hours for me to complete 18 with the cart (have also walked it previously which is fun too). I would definitely recommend it.
Best it has been!
Started golfing here at 6 years old and now 29 and it’s great to have returned back to the area and see how great of a job Joe has done with the course. Can’t wait to see how the course shapes up this season!
Nice course
I really like this course i played awhile ago and they were just opening back up. I guess it had been closed. Anyway, i like the layout a lot. Fun course, laid back feeling not too challenging but still fun to play. I was in the area for work or i'd go back.

Friendly people, nice course
In the last 5-6 years this course has went from a laughable golf course to a nice place to play for all skill sets. Fairways are defined and greens roll true. Maybe a little out of the way but worth the trip for value and friendliness of staff.
Good condition
Course in good condition very slow because of league playoff. Wish before I booked online I would have known. There were a lot of open tee times online, started at 11:00 pretty slow. I do recommend course I do enjoy playing there.
Cheap and decent
Was looking for a course we had not played that was very reasonable. This fit the bill. Just $16 for 18 and a cart, can't beat that. The greens were very well kept , in excellent condition. The fairways were marginal at best, and the rough was well pretty rough, with not much grass. Well not really long, the back tees were at the perfect distance for me as I don't hit the ball that far anymore. Lots of water spots and creeks to grab your ball. Tough not playing before as I did not know how far water was from tee. Overall a good course for my wife and I, close to home and easy on the budget.

Great Value
Got a hot deal here and it was a great value. A little bit farther north then I prefer but was well worth it. Will be back again!

First time playing here and I didn't know what to expect. I arrived and of course the "castle" is shockingly beautiful. During the pandemic I was able to pay thru an outdoor window. The starter/manager was gracious with directions and tips. Being the first time I was unfamiliar with the layout but found my way around the course in under 2 hours (18). The greens are large and receptive and roll true. The course was in very good shape.
I recommend it.
Sad
Wiile they seem to have a ranger, we never saw him? We had 2 tool bags in front of us hitting 2 extra balls, screwing around. Will never play again if they don't monitor play. Took way too long for a Sunday!
Great Little Course
Don’t be fooled by the yardage of the course. It looks short but you have to think your way around the course. It’s also a great course for shot making because the greens are challenging to compensate for the length of the course. Great for golfers of all skill levels.
Pathetic
This course had more dead grass on the course than it did green grass. Tried to get a hot dog at the turn on a Saturday at noon. Non existent... course has great potential but needs a ton of work.. will not play again.
