Would not recommend
Pace of play was absolutely horrible. Assigning most golfers to to 1 course then leaving open ( for the most part) 2 other courses, didn’t make sense. This was a Monday morning starting at 7:15. At the turn at 8:30!! Not happy. May not go there again.

2 of us played on Monday with an 11:30 tee time. Course was busy, but pace of play was surprisingly good. Course was in great condition compared to others that I've recently played in the area.

Day was good. Played behind a women's league. Caught up to them on 6. Had time to chat. No deal though, price was the normal weekday rate.

Probably won't play this course again
First time playing the course and my daughter and her husband along with my wife and I was worn out after a 3 hour plus nine hole round. Condition was so so but the layout is one where you ar on top of other tee boxes and greens are in line with other golfers shots. Seems they put 27 holes in where they only had space for 18

The course was a little dry. However then it started raining. They gave us a rain check which was nice

Good Value
Good value if all you want to do is swing the club. Course is good for beginners and infrequent golfers. Not much traffic on the course so it played fast. Rough is dried out so anything off the fairway will run forever and jeopardizes finding the golf ball. 27 holes makes it crowded and a bit dangerous. More than once I had to wait for others to play out of my fairway and line of play.

Not worth it.
Get what you pay for. The course is short and the greens are decent. The rest of the course is old and beat up. Fairways and rough looked and played like they haven’t been watered this year at all. Pace of play was terrible, sometimes waiting upwards of 15-20 minutes between shots. Lot of hacks and first time golfers making sure they go home with every ball they brought plus three more. Actually saw the beverage cart three times on first nine. That’s a plus but proves how slow it is. If I am playing this slow I’d rather play a course in good shape. This wasn’t it.
